I am having a hard time reaching anyone. My receipt of payments are being uploaded properly and i have no late payments. Im about 3 months away from completing the terms but I cant get a response. I emailed through the portal about 6 times and reached out to the support email via personal email but havent been able to get a response. I hope to hear from someone soon

BEWARE! So I left a review back on Oct 21st and they responded on the 23rd with they will reach out to me right away well it's December 3rd with still no response.. I also emailed them 5 times to contact me which still hasn't happened.

On the company's detail there is no physical address, no phone number. That is a red flag

I wanted to respond to a review. This person points out that all the reviews are only from people who are still in the program and that there are no reviews from people who have actually received the payoff. I noticed the same thing. I have been watching this company since 2022 and have seen people who have come within a month of the payoff date and then there are never any more reviews. I also find it interesting that the contract says that they can change the contract at any time. Interesting that they are asking for referrals, It seems to me that if they are paying off peoples mortgages they would not have to force people to get them referrals. You would think they would have more consumers than they could handle. I also want to point out that I thoroughly looked into their sign up process (at least what was visible before you actually sign up) and it said something to the effect of that they would not tolerate negative reviews.

I'd like to know if anyone has actually received a grant from these people. All the reviews so far are only from people who signed up, but not gotten to the point of receiving the 'grant'. I have a relative who got into this program over 2 years ago & I recently found they've been paying $100/month, plus paid 1 mortgage payment up front. Yes, all their mortgage payments were made correctly for most of the time. Several months ago, something happened and my relative was told to start paying mortgage payments directly (still paying the $100/month to ConsolidGrant, but I didn't know that at the time). Now the 2 years is up, where the house is supposed to be paid off and the terms changed to require 2 referrals who sign up for the program. Apparently, part of the original contract was that they can change the terms. I'm not sure how it's legal to have a contract where money is exchanged and one party can change any of the terms. It seems real easy for them to change terms to simply keep the money and pay nothing out. And I believe my relative has to keep paying $100 a month to continue to qualify, but can't actually get the 'grant' until 2 referrals sign up. My relative was referred by someone who is waiting for her payoff. We're still waiting to see what happens there.

Consoligrant is a huge blessing. I'm so glad that I was introduced to them in 2023. The staff is always there to assist me with my questions or concerns. I'm looking forward to receiving my paid in full letter and the deed from my mortgage company in a few months. 2025 is the year. Praise God for the things he hath done.🙌🏿🙌🏿

No complaints for working with Consoligrant on my quest to be debt free

Consoligrant is making life easier month by month. We have nine months left on a two year plan before we are debt free. We were excited when we signed up and we are even more excited as we count down to July 2024. DEBT FREE of our mortgage. Consoligrant is a wonderful company to work with along with the professional staff. We look forward to doing more business with them at the end of July 2024. Thank God and thank you Consoligrant.

I have so much faith in this program; it is a GAME CHANGER. I’m young and I’m happy to know about it; I can’t wait to see the benefits that come in the next 2/3 years once I pay off my 1st mortgage.

Free Money!! I LOVE this Program! This Grant is paying my mortgages and bills off in 2 years. I get a confirmation every month from ConsoliGrant and my creditors stating that my payment was made on time. I have been in the program for 4 months, so I have 20 more months and I will be DEBT FREE!! ConsoliGrant has excellent customer service and I have not heard of anyone being denied for this grant. It is a very easy application process, and all your documents are secure inside your individual portal. They also give CG Bucks, which they allow you to use on vacations, cruises, airline tickets and restaurants. I was excited to hear that they accept international people into the grant program. I personally know several international people that are enrolled. This grant is answered prayer!

I am 59 years old buying a house. I don't have 30 years to pay off a mortgage. I am so grateful for consoligrant

I am very pleased with this grant program all my bills are paid on time every month I also receive notifications from my lenders that payments are being received…customer service is very responsive
