paid for tickets, they then changed the dates and offered refunds, as we couldnt make the other date we opted for the refund which we STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED!! this was over 6 months ago! have sent countless emails yet no response!! sham of a company
Shockingly disorganised to the point health and safety was non existant and risk to life! Not accessible friendly, hurrendously littered, beyond extortionate prices...talking mini premixed cans 7.50 each. Was advertised cashless . Only half places card machines wouldnt work so ended up waiting on food i couldnt pay for. Idris was signed for a 1hr set and did like 15mins. Set times werent released in good time. No vip lanyard, no roller disco, no 'immersive experiences ' apart from an insta cardboard frame and a blow up hot tub and some drummers in a tent. No water stations, no allergy friendly foods, no toilet roll or papertowels even in V.i.p ! Starved , dehydrated and disappointed. No communication on lead up.complete money grabbing scheme. Never seen so many balloons and clip seal bags in my life! Left ravers stranded for hours and some all night! Transport times were diabolical. I cant believe there wasnt more police presence or a complete shut down because it was far from a dream, utter nightmare ! Only blessing was the eastenderz tent and jerk bros food stall. Will never go again. Do not bother. You have been warned!
