State that they vet all builders, yet sent someone round that has only been in business a short while, another builder didn't turn up. Very misleading.

What an amazing company and service. I was highly recommend Construction Supermarket by my architect to complete my build and I can see why.
Spending 370k on a building project made us very nervous but Construction Supermarket made it a stress free experience and really did give us our dream home.

My honest advice would be to steer well clear of this organisation. I can only base this advice on our personal experience which involved, promises/ assurances made regarding agreed timeframes for work as well as assurances regarding a level of oversight of our project. Neither were adhered to, communication was extremely poor and ultimately following one excuse too many we decided to deal directly with the builders, thus doing what they purport to be their job for them. I do not use the term charlatan lightly but in this case I am sorely tempted.

Happy to recommend. Great service, great experience and certainly made life easy for us. I read the website and the marketing back-to-back so knew what to expect. They delivered on their promise which is certainly rare in 2021!

Outstanding, great communication, had 3 quotes promised, and chose the one I wanted. Project completed on time and good support from these guys. Truly amazing service and everyone should consider using them. We definitely will if we need building work done again.

The guys were so helpful when it came to getting my loft converted. Answered any questions I had, gave me accurate estimations and made the whole process stress free.

I used construction supermarket for a recent loft conversion. I received a letter through the post and thought I’d give them a try. I was in communication with Andy and was provided 3 different quotes from 3 different companies associated with construction supermarket. I went with who I thought was reasonable price but I must say all was within a fair region.

Andy was very helpful, throughout the build and and throughout different stage checks. He Let me know exactly what was going on at all times and made me feel really comfortable and safe with the project.
I would 100% Youse construction supermarket again for my extension in a couple years and highly recommend to others.

I used Construction Supermarket for my project and the team there were fantastic. I received quotes from 3 different builders, 2 of which I didn’t like but the 3rd managed to hit my budget and the quality of work has been great.

Turnaround time was awesome and I got my quotes back after a week so was able to compare quickly.

Definitely recommend if your looking for a good builder and a support mechanism attached to help.
