I think it is great they sent me a letter through the post

In contrast to the below review, I received a letter through after submitting planning permission and I actually think it is a really good idea. I am glad they have reached out because we actually need to enquire for a new builder as our friend who recommended the builder we were originally going to use has had problems with the finishing. Some people clearly have too much time on their hands, you can just throw the letter in the bin if it bothers you that much. I received a lot of different letters through so a lot of different companies are obviously doing it and I think it is a clever idea.

They send you unwanted mail when you put in a planning permission…

They trawl planning permissions from council websites to send letters to householders. Have taken the compliant to the Data Commissioner under the GDPR guidelines. The mail which was sent to me constitutes the business being in contact with me as potential customer and therefore I am reviewing the correspondence and the ways of working of this business and allowing other consumers my view on the Trust level of this business - which is low as I would not trust any business who sends letters randomly from data on websites where you post your planning. Not very trusting technique.

We used Construction Supermarket for a kitchen extension

We used Construction Supermarket which was recommended through a friend. They helped us to get 4 quotes for our kitchen extension. Omar was our main point of contact and helped us throughout the project and was brilliant throughout the whole process. I would recommend to anyone getting a kitchen extension to get in touch with this company as it's saved me money and effort. Also note that they provided an insurance package which protected our entire build which was free of charge, something you should definitely discuss if you do get in touch with them.

I used construction supermarket for a recent loft conversion, would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Andy was very helpful, getting me 4 quotes from different companies and even aided me throughout the build and completing stage checks. Helped me know exactly what as going on at all times. Free of charge so definitely worth using them.
