I spoke to a man called Dylan. He was absolutely fantastic how he got my price right down. I’ve been with Sky for over 20 years and yesterday I was three hours on the phone to them and they were absolutely useless instead of getting my price down they was trying to put it out customer service was so bad to enter in because we was asking questions and I’ve been getting poor Internet for so long. I didn’t realise till my son told me as I’m a pension age and I don’t understand all these megabytes and things, but this gentleman was absolutely fantastic. A big thank you to them.

I got a good deal which is why 5 stars. I had to tell Virgin i was leaving though, as i swapped to Openreach connection as i moved house.
Virgin also didn't charge me for cancellation as assured, as i didn't have cable as my new address.

Had a very good experience day one spoke to a lovely guy who gave me a number of options but I needed to check all the information on each of the different company offers he didn’t pressure me into agreeing to anything
Next day I got a follow up call by a really lovely very funny lady called Sharron (nice to hear a genuine person with a personality working in a call centre)
I went with virgin media as that was the best choice for my family Sharron did all the paperwork sorted everything very professionally
I’d definitely recommend using there service

I wanted broadband on a second phone…
I wanted broadband on a second phone line into the property .
I advised that this was not the main phone but still this was ignored.
The property owner then received a letter advising that someone wanted to take over their phone. I will probably have to cancel the broadband because I was not listened to.
