I signed up to this site and I keep getting phone calls from broadband providers and scammers. I wish I had not given my mobile number to them.
They are non stop even though I did not request to be contacted by phone.
I am now blocking all calls from unknown numbers.

Within minutes I was aware of what the company policy's were and how to access them. It was easy to set up a new account thanks to the clear instructions and swiftness of reply. A good service and nice to be able to talk to a human.

I was sold an internet service that never came and spent large amount of time on the phone to recreate an account twice, which led to nothing, I am still without service ! I never received a call from this company to try to resolve the problem.....

At least it was in England and not India

Staff were friendly and explained everything I needed to know. No issues at all and seamless.
