Great customer service. Straightalking, clear instructions snd responses prompt.

Best thing I could have done, just filled in a form and that was it, they kept in contact with progress, excellent and friendly staff. Wasn't waiting long really, takes all the stress out of it. A big thankyou to consumer refund service, you have nothing to loose, no win no fee.

A breath of fresh air - this is a company who kept me perfectly up to date throughout the entire claims process, and all correspondence was clear, concise and accurate at all times. I never felt pressured or hassled (as I did with other companies in the past) and the claim was successfully completed - much to my delight! Thank you very much to the whole team.

I would recommend Consumer Refund Service without hesitation.

Being chased and threatened with court by the company you trusted to look after my affairs not a good advertisement, would not recommend this company as they seem only intent on making money from you, if your company were doing their job properly then situations like this would never arise, disappointed to say the least.

CRS have been brilliant! - They kept me well informed during the process and there was minimal time or effort needed from me. I have been reimbursed and think the 20% charge fee is very reasonable and worth every penny.
I wasn't going to bother persuing any PPI claims but so glad I did with CRS.

Helpful efficient company and not pushy. Got results.

Consumer Refund Services helped me to get a refund which I had not hoped to get. If they had not contacted me, I would not have pursued it. I imagine there are many people out there owed money but do not know how to go about it.

Many thanks for all efforts
In getting £500 plus from ppi and hsbc ,this has taken along time to sort out with many letters sent by you to me but you came up with this money that I didn't realise was due to me ,many thanks again for all you hard work ,yours Ron Vickery
