I cannot praise this company enough they found me a PPI I had paid 30 years ago and had not been aware of and got because of them a substantial payout!

Their payments for doing this job are less than other companies doing the same thing.

This company is crap they are chasing my husband for money he has not received we keep getting demanding letter from a company they use the money they claimed back went straight to the official receiver as he was bankrupt but they expects him to pay £268.13 for money he never had total shambles

The payment that I received was arranged by me. I was informed by letter that they could not help me with my claim. I ended up doing it myself!! This is why the payment was made to me, DIRECTLY, without any "help / service from them
I still can't understand why they are trying to make me pay £560. If they charge 20%, they are alleging that I was paid £2800!! If they charge 25%, this would mean that I received (directly to me), £2240. I wish I had received this money!!
I only received £240!!
THIS COMPANY IS A SHAMEFUL DISGRACE.
I wonder if they will reply to this message.

Excellent service. Achieved really good financial results for me which I would have struggled to get all by myself. Took all the hassle out of PPI!

Received money back from 2 credit cards when a previous agency had failed. Some repetition of form filling but otherwise a simple and problem free experience.

Shocking, constantly sending g final warnings for over a year and still received no money.

It took nearly a year to settle my mis-sold PPI claims but I kept getting updates from CRS and both my claims were upheld and refund received. I'm very happy!

Initial contact was made with this company approximately 4 months ago. We can't thank them enough for what they have achieved for us in such a short time. All of their staff are professional but special mention and thanks must be made to Richard Eager one of their advisors who kept us fully informed of developments on a regular basis. Great customer service.
