Great plumbing
Antony, jay and Alex from the plumbing team were great. They installed new radiators and took into consideration where we'd prefer them to be. Can't reccomend them highly enough. They were very efficient too :)

They were quick enough to take my application but now apparently cannot assist until January (7 months after approval). I am sat here freezing in the middle of winter with no heating with an Auto Immune Illness. My electricity bills are huge. And I get told today that they cannot do anything with the design until January 2026 because the surveyor who came out 5 weeks ago said the house was of non-standard timber framed construction. It is a cavity wall house so really concerning that it was not obvious to him that it is of a standard construction. Electricity bills are crippling me and they don't care. I got cut off because it was home time today (could hear a woman in the background telling the call handler to cut me off) I had been on hold for 45 minutes and eventually got through at 3.55! These people should not be allowed to do this, they are causing stress, anxiety and a financial burden due to their inability to do their job. They have not kept me informed, no communication at all unless I have rang for an update. OFGEM or the Energy Ombudsman should be made aware that they are lying to people and putting them in this position.

Fabulous Service, Great Workmanship
We were delighted to receive the ECO4 Grant for a new heating system, solar and loft installation and the final part was completed today by Dale and Mikey (loft installation and ventilation works) who we would recommend as being polite, clean and tidy and hard workers. The heating part was previously completed solely by Paul over a two week period and his work was exemplary, again very respectful, polite and helpful. Solar guys did a good job too and kept us fully informed. Just the electrician now to wire up the extractors and the job is totally finished. Thank you CES for a great job done!

Never did any of the work they promised to do.
They booked in the fitting of a heat pump and solar panels and after turning up to do the work they left and never returned.
Do not use this company at all.

Further to my recent review; after weeks of failure to get my heat pump working, CES send Gareth Moore, a heating technician. He stares at the mess of wires & pipes for 10 minutes, explains the basic mistake the plumbers have made, & declares that the wiring is also all wrong and will have to be ripped out & done again. Three hours later, the system is fired up & working properly . 6 stars for Gareth! It must also be noted that Steph of the aftercare team has done the best she could. This is good news but the 5 stars are not for the company as a whole. If they had responded more qujickly - or better still done the job properly in the first place, all this stress could have been avoided.

Delivered what they promised maintaining great communication throughout the project . Daniel price dealt with my project and was very helpful and polite . The solar team worked in horrendous weather to complete the solar installation . Richard and Craig carried out the heating side of the project and were very professional, taking time to make sure the property was left in a clean state as they found it on completion
