The installation of 16 solar panels was carried out in just one day by Leigh Foxall and colleagues. Everything's looking good so far. Looking forward to the electricians arriving to connect the system so that we can get the panels working.

Bitten off more than they can chew.
I liked having the free government installation of solar panels, air source heat pump, etc. but the teams employed for each item varied in ability and consideration for property. The solar panels had to be done twice, the scaffolders were careless with damage to plants, the cavity wall team filled in holes in the walls with non-matching filler and paint and left their debris in my garden pots, promised visits were not always adhered to and worse was my experience this week. It has been extremely cold and the air source heat pump ceased working. I have a supposedly hybrid system, where the oil-tank should cut in at this point. It did not, and it has taken CES from Monday to Friday afternoon to attend and disclose that the wiring had been done wrong. Temperatures in my home (I am 88) fell to 11C. The engineer who attended had been told the fan was not working, though my 10 or so phone calls had said I had no heating. It took him about 10 minutes to fix it, though another cold night may reveal otherwise.

Following the reply from CES to my first review I wish to make it clear. There is No close communication.Despite numerous calls and emails Aftercare has not responded. Their site manager was aware of the theft, physical and verbal abuse. So there was evidence.
After speaking with the government advice line I have to inform others not to go with this Consumer Energy Solutions if you are outside of South Wales.
Our heating system does not work. We was told we would get a call to arrange an appointment on Wednesday. I told the advisor that would be unlikely because his company never responds. Guess what I was right. No phone call. So we are without any heat whatsoever.
Although we have been given electrical certificates. I can show my house is left unsafe with live electric cables hanging out of walls and ceilings.
Water is coming through the roof because scaffolder’s broke several roof tiles.
I have asked for my complaints to be escalated to a higher level, I asked if I could speak with management. I was told management does not speak on the phone.
The company is a joke. Absolute cowboys

Despite this, we have arranged for someone to attend this Sunday, which is an excellent turnaround time considering that many heating companies currently have waiting lists of several weeks.

There’s an ongoing problem that I have with the heating system in very cold weather and Zak took a real interest in trying to get to the root of the problem and planning the next move. He spent a full two hours with us, which immediately showed a level of dedication and care you don't always see. What truly stood out was how he transformed a technical assessment into an engaging and informative session. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity.

AVOID!! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER CARE
Had my system fitted in June. It’s been nothing but trouble. Now we have a faulty valve and heating has been failing on and off for weeks. They promised to return to fix it but now latest is I have to wait 7 days before they can get there. NO HEATING at all and it’s freezing. I have my elderly mum staying and 2 grandchildren in the house. They couldn’t care less!!!
My advice if you’re thinking of having this system is to AVOID this company.
Customer service is disgraceful I wish I’d never let them in the house!
I could not even arrange repair myself as the warranty is with them.

Anthony, Jay and Alex with their team undertook a full installation of heating system with air source heat pump on my three bedroom semi-detached home. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism. The installation was completed on time and all systems were explained clearly with follow up videos (done personally by them) so we are able to refer back to them, if needed. The house was protected with floor covering and all areas were kept clean and furniture replaced. There was minimal noise and were hard at work from very early in the morning. I was constantly keep up to date and nothing was too much work for them... they were all extremely helpful and very polite with consideration to all health and safety throughout. I was also told about follow up processes with phone numbers exchanged so I have after installation care, if required. A MASSIVE THANK YOU to you all and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful company.
