I wrote one review already, but my service was done by Jarell Mills, and he did a great job. He did not overlook anything.

Terrible Company! Do not pay for work done by their contractors (was told by contractors). They do not follow thru w/trying to call to fix problem. They do not pay for all work done.Never answer phone. Very rude when you get them as well as knowing nothing. Oh, and forget about getting your money back..what a joke this company is. They read from a script and could care less about your problem. I could go on & on.

Frindly, courteous, thorough, Fast !! He is a good representtive for Aptive.I would welcom him back!

Tom is very gentle, kind, and knowledgeable , he addressed all of my concerns in a proactive and professional manner, very pleased with the service and I highly recommend to anyone, thank you Tom.

Brandon was on time, very friendly, and did whatever I asked him to do. I gave him a tour of the house, deck, and yard. He was polite and asked questions that I was pleased to answer. You didn't mention it but I asked him to pull down the fold up steps in the garage and go up the steps to my attic area and at the top of the steps I had him throw rat packs I gave him. The packages were smell packs to hopefully make the rats feel uncomfortable and leave. There's none there now that I know of but there's been several in the past. He was polite and courteous. I was trying to get rid of my dog's hair in the house and he offered to treat the exterior first. He later came into the house and treated the spots that has bugs.

Cesar Sprayed and treated the entire yard for fleas, ticks, wasp nests, spider webs and spider egg sacs. Applied insect barrier treatment around home for crawling pest activity. Applied granular insecticide spot treatment to the lawn and around the the home. Cesar did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the first time to use our warranty and the contact at Select Home Warranty was very helpful and had a great personality. I am looking forward to an easy solution to remedy the problem with our dishwasher.

Trust Pilot has tons of great reviews on this company! BBB has a mixed bag and I didn’t even see any reviews on the originating site I was on left for the year 2020, so that is probably a good sign that this company has made the necessary changes in order to keep the complaints out of those reviews. The originating site I was on had reviews that were left from 2019 and were about 90% negative. Being in sales and marketing and owning more than one business in my lifetime, I know that people unfortunately usually only leave feedback when they are angry about something and very few take time to leave good feedback when they are happy. I also used to work for a mortgage company and people can get really frustrated because the underwriting process can disqualify people Who am I otherwise think they would be qualified. I’m a review reader and a review leaver, call report on the good the bad and the ugly all the way through the process till the end. I decided that I would like to give this company a chance and I always call the phone number first to see how responsive their customer service team is. I also had some questions that I wanted to get answered before filling out the online application. After going through the brief automated system a live Person answered. Raquel was very welcoming. I had a questions concerning my current employment situation and if that may or may not keep me from qualifying. She actually went directly to underwriting and talked to them and returned on the phone properly with the answer. I also asked her some other questions which she was able to answer with her own knowledge. After chatting with Raquel I feel it is in my best interest to wait until I start my new job to apply for the HELOC. When I do it will be With Figure Home Equity. I think this is the start of a great relationship! I’ll be sure to leave another review on this site and every site I can find reviews about On this company after I apply and my actual loan goes through, or doesn’t. I don’t believe not getting approved for a loan is a reason to leave a bad review. So either way I’ll be reporting back. Jennifer Young
