Aptive Pest Control review
Marquis Brown performed a great service. He texted me with advanced notice that he was on his way and he was on time. Marquis checked Avery bait box a put fresh bait. He ensured to spray every edge and corner of the house and property. He should be a trainer for all new technicians. He’s a great role model.

I want to single out Kaela Glover with gohealth. I want to commend her for her dedication in helping me obtain Medicare coverage. She went above and beyond for me and was committed to solving my problem. I recently moved to New Hampshire from Massachusetts. I was looking for a comparable Part B plan from New Hampshire BCBS plan G. However, I was denied. Ms. Glover returned every call and made follow up calls on my behalf. Ms. Glover discovered that I never needed to change my Medicare Part B coverage even though I moved. She assisted me in getting my prior Massachusetts policy reinstated. Thanks to Kaela I'm insured again and sleeping much better at night . Thank you!!!!

I found Melissa to be a very personable person. Appears be very knowledgeable about the business and was nice to speak with. She had great suggestions to some bug questions I had. I would be be pleased to have her back for my service contract any time.

my furnace stopped working during the night, and Michael from MW heating and cooling was dispatched and he was going to come that afternoon had I not had another appointment, but he was out the very next day, Michael was very knowledgeable, personable and professional, he took the time to explain things to me so I completely understood what the problem was, and he did not leave the premises until he was sure the problem was fixed.

You would have gotten a 5, only I could not find a way to remove all the problems at one time. That is probably my fault, so I will give you a 5.

Appreciated Jared calling ahead to let us know he was on his way. Once here, he asked questions before beginning his inspection to assure he addressed any concerns. He was courteous, thorough and provided helpful information.

Leroy Steese did an excellent job with pest control. He was friendly and cheerful. He did Everything we were concerned about.

Cold Calls are not informed as to whom they are calling and unwilling to help to stop calling a wrong number. They keep calling my work phone. When they ask wither I want to be placed on the “do not call list” I accept and they call repeatedly anyway. When I finally get someone in the phone to courteously tell them who they called and why they should escalate the do not call order on that particular number, I’m addressed rudely and hung up on. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind getting calls on my personal phone, but they never let me get that far.

It is 100% clear to me that they have no earthly idea who they are calling or what the customer wants. They only care for call numbers and sales. At least that is the perception portrayed by those that call.

Lance was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and receptive to my requests. (checked a bait box and gave me two sticky boards for the garage) I can highly recommend his technical and customer service skills. Lance would be welcomed back any time.

Chris did an excellent job on the inside treatment of my home. He was professional and thorough. Thank you Chris for a job well done.

The customer advocate Fred was very helpful and thorough in explaining the Home Warranty plan. He took the time to find any discounts that I qualified for. I was very satisfied with the customer service.

jasmine was my technician and she was courteous, professional and very thorough in the performance of her duties. She explained what she did and ask if I had any other questions are concerned. I would like to have her assigned to my home for all other future visits.
