Stability is noticeably enhanced
Positive thing is competitor pricing that is a huge advantage, the free firewall idea is great move to limit bad traffic on Contabo network thus less Servers Down and less noisy neighbors.
Floating IP is not available, that i moved to Cloudflare Load balancers and cancelled additional IP service that i used keepalived to move between servers for High availability but got feedback it will not work again.
Lately, i have less VPS downtime almost none at last year.

Good service and decent price
I would start with the price, which is affordable.
I had no major issues with the service and support was always up to standards.
We have used several dedicated servers and performance was really good.

Fast, skilful and on point! 5/5
First response has been very fast and even though I had a couple of remarks and follow ups the team worked through it quickly and to the desired outcome. A couple of different agents have been on the case but made it feel like one smooth process.

I am happy with Contabo, good support, experienced team with solutions to issues. Although it would be nice to have the possibility to get more cores in stead of upgrading the vps to a bigger one.

Fine, but expensive. Screws existing customers
Servers are fine, you get what you pay for. Its simpel, cheap and just works. The problem I have with Contabo is their support and their constant price hikes. I've had my server 6 years now, and the price is currently more then double from what i've payed for at the start. Instead of rewarding long time customers, you only get screwed.
There are lots of deals for new customers, but 0 for existing customers. They don't care for someone that has already payed them.

just want continued money for non existent services
This company needs to make sure that when assigning IP addresses to servers make sure that the IP is not on block lists then when they are on block lists they should not say spend more money and we will give you another IP address with no guarantee it is also not on a black list
