I had struggled to get other companies to remove the container due to its location, however he was so helpful and efficient that there were no issues at all.
The crew turned up on time and were done in no time.

First Class Service.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Fast competitive quotation, booking the collection was also fast and easy. They were very accommodating and were able to collect exactly when we wanted. Collecting driver was on time, very professional and removed the container very quickly with next to no traffic disruption. All in all a fantastic service.

The removal of the containers was…
The removal of the containers was accomplished, however the lorry driver arrived 45 mins or so late and instead of collecting one container at a time and delivering to Gloucester he brought a trailer and loaded both on the one trip. Whilst this saved time it meant I had to arrange to move some parked cars to get the combined lorry and trailer out of the site entrance. Had I been advised of the change of plan I would have stopped people parking so close in the first place.

Thank-you for your review. I am sorry that a road closure to you meant the driver was briefly diverted and caused a delay, drivers are encouraged to call ahead if there are ever any delays, however we did liaise on the phone at the time up until the driver arrived to site.
As we were to collect two containers, we chose to collect the two 20ft containers with the lorry and drag trailer option, instead of two separate collections for speed and efficiency. I had also advised this option a day in advance (via email) as I appreciated you were coming to site from afar and wanted to complete the works with minimum delays. Thank-you very much for your business.
20' Container Disposal…
I found from the on-set Container Disposal were a very professional outfit to deal with. Every stage of our container disposal Mark coordinated it with military precision. Every action, proposal, and function was followed by an extremely polite, articulate and methodical email.
I wish I had used them sooner, as the others were a nightmare!
It was a pleasure dealing with them, & I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
