Outstanding customer service. Bhavna helped me with a payment issue and followed up meticulously throughout the process of my order, making sure I was informed throughout. The range, customizability and quality of Contrado's products is impressive and I look forward to purchasing more.

If I could give zero stars I would. PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM Contrado!!! I ordered a Medium Regular Tshirt from Contrado, I have ordered numerous size Small Mens Regular Tshirts in the past from Contrado. Nothing should have been different except the size (Grade up one size) Contrado have sent me a shirt that looks more like a Tshirt Dress. It is 12cms longer in length, the sleeves are 4cms longer and there is no Top stitch to stabilise the sleeve. I have been told by Contrado that their design has changed since the last time I ordered (which was last year) but the designs worn by the Contrado models on the Contrado website are exactly the same and there is NO literature to tell their customers that the Tshirts they will recieve will NOT look like it looks on their website. This is surely a Trading Standards issue. I have NOT been offered a re-cut (Contrado is out of Stock for the desired fabric). Instead I have been advised by Drishti of Contrado to iron the Tshirt...This is totally unacceptable and will NOT resolve the problems that I have flagged. I have been in this position with Contrado before and I have been extremely patient with Contrado. I had the belief that Contrado had resolved their production issues and when they get it right, their work is impressive, but this is an obvious issue and I have been as helpful as possible in describing and providing photographic evidence, as requested. I have also outlined the need for Contrado to be consistent with their production but unfortunately no one is listening and once again I have a paying client awaiting his order.

Contrado has always helped me for my textile projects. It offers different options of textiles, it is quick and for students the prices are very affordable. I have had minor problems with my prints from time to time and they always respond and fix things! Really recommend it.

Designing the coasters online was easy and a great way to use some of the umpteen photos stored in the cloud. The quality is as good as promised, and delivery on time.

Bought some personalised mugs - one arrived broken and was replaced within days. Great service and well made product.

These all over print T-shirts are incredible. The print is always really vibrant and the make quality is sublime. It’s very rare to find a company that will print onto the fabric and then make the garment and the quality really shows how well this works. I cannot see myself going anywhere else. It’s worth noting that as these are uniquely made on site the print is 100% crisp every time.

Disappointed is an understatement.
This is my first time trying out contrado (and will be my last) and I've been completely misled to believe this company is capable of good customer service or good print quality regarding their print on demand service.

I had ordered a bedsheet custom made in adobe and provided a PDF.

I ordered a single sheet which then as seen on the website is cut and created by three separate pieces of fabric. If this is the case, my design should have been adequate for printing at this standard size and if not, WHY NOT CONTACT ME TO AMEND THE FILE BEFORE TAKING OVER $230.00!?!

They have offered only 15% refund for a gift I cannot give because the quality is aweful and blurry. Asking for photos to argue with me, not amend the situation.

I'm o a disability pension and I'm flawed at the audacity to not even check with the customer about the file quality. a PRINT ON DEMAND SERVICE SHOULD DEFINITELY PROVIDE REVISIONS before taking and completing an order and processing the funds.

I'm so disappointed and I do not want others to experience the level of dismissal of my distress and no attempt to offer a reprint to amend the situation nor a refund to cover even the postage costs.

I honestly would avoid unless you believe you know exactly the correct dimensions or are using vector files - I'm a graphic designer and my files were not good enough even though on my end, at 100% - my files were sharp, clear and great quality. Yet my product received was blurry and unfocused.

I can't believe this experience, genuinely.

EDIT: The team has spent a lot of time taking into consideration my experience and have rectified my order. It's currently on its way to me. I'm much more satisfied with my experience after putting forward my complaint through review on this website. MY issues have been addressed and I'm grateful for the efforts and consistency with resolution.

It is a pleasure to work with Contrado. They are always ready to help with problems that arise, especially with regard to the supply and delivery of products.
This week for example, we had a last minute order with a limited time to delivery the product.
I joined the chat and was pleased to receive help from Kajal, who made every effort to ensure the production and delivery were on time.
In fact, I was super surprised when I saw that the order was delivered even earlier than I expected.

I just got my first order from Contrado. I had ordered the fabric swatches which was a big help. I got 4 different fabric types printed with my own design. The quality is better than I was expecting and the turnaround time was faster than promised. This was my first time having my images printed on fabric and it is so exciting to me that it turned out so beautifully.

High quality products and excellent customer service. Will be using this company again. Highly recommended.

I only leave reviews when I'm massively impressed by a company's service. Contrado have been excellent in helping me handle a complicated order, deliver to a tight timescale, produce a beautiful product and communicate rapidly throughout. I've got total confidence in them and will order from them again. Shout out to Riddhi, who was really helpful.

Bhavna has always been the BEST customer service agent and has helped me far beyond what is usually possible! Also big shoutout to Gwenn for being very informative.

Contrado is a unique one of a kind place to shop but I really do wish they would expand the fabric combinations on their jacket range. For example they advertise their "Soft Velvet" as being great for jackets, yet I am only able to purchase the "Marbled Velvet" as a bomber jacket.

Also the jack that I can't mix and match linings or print my own satin lining or own quilted lining is very frustrating. The quality of the quilted lining is not very high and have received many complaints of it itching. The Satin lining however is quite nice.

It would also be amazing if they added options like reversibility, inner pockets, and zipper colour choice. not every colour fabric looks good with a silver and black zipper.

love the jackets overall and the fabrics but some small things could take contrado to the next level.

FIVE STAR HELP....Bhavna who delt with my problem was fast efficient and very polite. She went the extra mile to sort me out and I would not hesitate to use the company again.

Customer service was very helpful in helping me place my order.
Delivery was quick and my shade was just as imagined!

Faulty aprons were delivered that broke upon first use. It can happen, possibly a quality control issue. We sent an email quickly after receiving the product.

After several weeks of mailing and delays from the company, they consider it our fault that there is apparently terrible stitching in their product.

They did not allow us to return the product to them. Instead, they told us that we should fix it ourselves and cover the partial costs of the repair. After disagreeing with this option they offered us to replace a SINGLE apron of the two (both broken) and charge us shipping as well.

This took weeks and several emails and we are still forced to pay up if we want any replacement. Genuinely a horrible experience.

The resolution provided was "fix it yourself locally and get a discount or a minor refund." The initial contact was through support chat and happened before the 5th. The aprons were delivered around May and first used at the end of May. They immediately broke but due to being away, we could not send pictures of the aprons in full earlier. I initially sent only a close-up of the stitching.

Will update this review again if Contrado pulls through and the aprons are of higher quality.

New aprons were delivered some time ago and they have withstood at least two cooking sessions which is more than the previous aprons did.

Upon inspection of the aprons they now decided to double stitch some of the bands instead of a singular stitch in the broken aprons.

The interface for picking the colours etc is flawed
None were actually black that I picked and some were even reddish

Offered a 20% refund but what use is that

The whole team at Contrado worked really hard and managed to turn around 50 custom items in 3 days! They received my request and Bhavna personally chased my order and made sure all was done on time for my event! We are beyond grateful for all the attention! Not to mention the quality! Exactly what we expected!
