Found our solicitors to be very fast and efficient and kept the process moving forward as much as possible for the purchase our new home and sale of our previous.

The conveyancing for the sale of my property recently was undertaken by this company, and although there have been problems they were not the fault of this company or my solicitor, my solicitor dealt with the sale very competently and professionally through out the process , I am very pleased with the overall service and would recommend this company.

My experience with the firm, and Lucy in particular, has been nothing short of first class. Legal processes have been explained clearly, professionally and compassionately. I am a FTB and I made my own decision to pull out of the purchase in the end… the sellers side were trying to force me to exchange contracts without legal due diligence being completed/followed on the builders end. I 100% trust Lucy’s firm and I am employing their services again with my second attempt at purchasing. Despite a long sale process (10 momths) and 2 sales falling through Jennifer kept good contact and communication making us aware of everything on the way. Initially I was frustrated as due to Power Of Attorney I was unable to use electronic signatures and everything had to be done by post (hand signed) not acceptable in this day and age. Had we known that we would of chosen a local solicitor. Having committed to using conveyancing homes we were happy with the service, especially at the more frantic stages near exchange. Lots of mixed messages were coming via estate agents, solicitors and buyers and Jennifer made sure we were both on the same page throughout. So in brief, good relationship with the solicitor and would get 5 stars if they moved into the modern age with electronic signatures for Power Of Attorney as well as their standard clients.

From start to finish the whole process has been outstanding. Gemma made the process so easy and stress free she kept us updated throughout our house purchase, always accessible and quick to answer any queries or questions. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, Mark was professional and courteous, with speedy turnaround times in every area of this transaction.

Overall the team handled the sale satisfactorily, we did have occasion to request more frequent communication when we were struggling to find out progress. The Conveyancing process across all companies seems to leave the seller or buyer in the dark a lot of the time, this is due to low fees but it is disconcerting for the clients in the chain.

Fantastic experience with Eve. She could not do enough to support the property sale. I would recommend to anyone.

Awfully slow and extremely poor communication. Aside from going away for two weeks and not handing anything over to another member of staff, emails have been sent back and forth referring to attachments with no attachment in sight. Slow and dragging their heels. Emails to them go into the nether and rarely get a timely response. Avoid at all costs.

Jennifer has been amazing in our sale & purchase with regular updates. Very accessible via telephone for any concerns or questions. Thank you so much Jennifer!
