I recently updated my kitchen and ordered all new appliances ( washing machine, induction hob, dishwasher, sink and tap,) from Spillers of Chard.
I received expert advice and guidance on choosing the best appliances suitable for my requirements.
A couple of visits to the wonderful showroom and a few emails later, my order arrived and was installed.
After 4 months of use I am more than satisfied with all the appliances and very happy that I chose Spillers.

Spillers are the experts and I would not use anyone else. Their Aga knowledge is second to none and their customer care and service is exceptional making the customer feel supported. I have used them for servicing for years and recently had an Aga commissioned in my new house. Mel in the service department was so supportive and kept me informed at all times and was able to ‘juggle’ dates around my kitchen installer. Kev and Cam who did the build and try commission were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional at all times. The project was not without its challenges and I had several trades and organisations involved. Spillers stood out above all the others for customer care, service and expertise.

The service we received was superb. The showrooms are beautifully laid out and Robin was patient , knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered promptly and positively.

Marvellous care and service as we purchased our new electric aga - from Louise in Sales, Mel in orders and Kam and Stew who did a site visit, removed the old range and installed the new aga. All done so efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Sarah was great helping us decide which model Rangemaster to opt for and she coordinated the removal of our old Rayburn whilst we were out of the country. Stew and Nige delivered the new cooker and connected it up without fuss, desite having to get it up five steps. Would certainly recommend Spillers to others.

Everyone tried so hard to get the hob we wanted from Miele despite miele not delivering.

Wonderful news it was finally delivered from Miele to Spillers who sent Nigel to install very quickly.

Nigel did an excellent job installing.

The only letdown is the finance department, after paying in full before delivery as requested we have not had an official receipt to show that we have paid in full for the hob

First class customer service. Our Aga went out at the start of winter. Had to wait a few weeks for an engineer to come out and, despite many roads flooded, he arrived and repaired our Aga. Warmth and cooking resumed! Excellent engineer, a great ambassador for Spillers. Thank you.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences of our life, as we invested hard earned money in a new kitchen.
From the minute we walked into Spillers and throughout the design, ordering and fitting we have felt so well looked after by a great team of people.
"This is not just a kitchen, this is a Spillers kitchen" and well worth the time and money we have invested. We are delighted with the outcome and more over superb customer service, we feel valued.

Spillers never fail when it comes to service, or indeed price. We have been customers for nearly 20 years and have never had a less than positive experience. Our latest purchase was a F&P fridge freezer. The team in the office were extremely helpful in providing advice and organising the purchase. Stewart & Nigel who delivered went above and beyond. Courteous, friendly and respectful of our property. A difficult job which included awkward access to the property, removal of a very heavy old appliance, and an uneven floor. They tackled it all with care, grace and good humour.

Good value and very easy to deal with. Always helpful. Nigel delivered (on time), fitted it and took away the old appliance to dispose of it.
Unlike some suppliers, there wasn't an extra charge to fit and/or dispose of the old item!

Spiller was reccomended by a friend, their reccomendation was spot on. From visiting the showroom, looking at available options, given excellent advice, to purchasing. Spillers of Chard were not even on our horizon when a friend of a mutual friend advised us to bypass other suppliers and visit Spillers - thankfully the best advice we could have been given after 5 weeks considering the various range cooker options available.
As previous AGA owners we thought we knew what we wanted; however, having listened to Robin Durie we changed our minds and (the previously intended model and colour). His advice was sound and confidently given. Removal of the old AGA and delivery and installation of the new one proceeded as planned, quickly and efficiently and we are now super pleased.

Great service - accurate and fast quotation together with good communications and responsive to our questions. Their showroom was well stocked and presented to allow us to make a firm decision, and the install of the new cooker was well organised, efficient and of great quality.

Nigel and Stew had to lug a very heavy AGA Masterchef up a number of difficult steps. They achieved this with a combination of humour, grit and strength with not even the slightest hint of any naughty words! Thanks so much guys!

Spillers have been outstanding in all aspects of our kitchen appliance purchases.

From giving great advice of what to buy through to the technical support for installation and finally the great delivery service we had from Stewart.

A very speedy service from start to finish. My cooker packed up on the Friday, new ex display model fitted on the Monday! Very happy with the friendly competent service.
Electrician wired it in and even sorted out old wiring to make it safer!
I would definitely recommend.
