Great customer-focussed service and impressive showrooms

We care-take a cottage in Devon that has a pressure jet Rayburn supplied and serviced by Spillers and have met their technicians many times over the years. In the recent years it’s been Paul doing the yearly full inspection and service and he leaves the Rayburn in clean and full working order. We note Paul uses a set of calibrated emission/performance testers and knows how to use them, together with a specialist and detailed understanding of the Rayburn. It’s always a pleasure seeing Paul who we view as an experienced and professional member the Spillers team.

Spillers did a fantastic job of installing 3 new kitchen appliances (range cooker, extractor fan and American style fridge/freezer) into our existing kitchen. We needed a few adjustments to our existing cabinetry and the Spillers team handled it all brilliantly. The old appliances were removed for us and the new ones were installed leaving us feeling like we have a brand new kitchen! From our first enquiry until the end of the job, the Spillers team were polite and professional answering all our queries and working with us to find the perfect solution. We would definitely recommend them.

Nigel and Stew were great delivering our new washing machine and tumble dryer and especially kind to help us move a fridge freezer into it’s new place. Very much appreciated as we did not have the muscle!

Happy Birthday to my kitchen, yes, a year ago today Spillers began my ‘8 working day’ kitchen fit which actually took 10 weeks and 2 days and I’m really hoping it will be finished in the very near future!
Finally sorted the last of the cupboard issues 3 weeks ago so now only have to resolve the MAJOR issue with the £5.5K corner ‘fridge and the problem with the induction hob which prevents my being able to use it to its full capacity, then perhaps we can draw a line under the whole sorry saga!

A Spillers Aga service was carried out this morning - excellent. I was his first appointment of the day and the guy arrived on time. He identified something which required to be sorted and was extremely helpful.

We came across Spillers about 8 or 9 years ago when we first started thinking about a new kitchen and were really impressed with their showroom, the breadth of options they supplied and the whole ambience of the operation. It took us a long time to get round to that new kitchen but when the time came earlier this year, we returned there and spoke to Robin Durie about Miele ovens. He was amazingly generous with his time, discussing all of the potential options at length, without any sense of pressure to buy. His advice and input was invaluable and moreover he was happy to talk about prices we had seen on the internet and come up with a competitive deal for us. We were so happy with the service, we went on to buy our extractor fan, sink, taps, and Quooker hot tap from Spillers too. And no sooner had the items arrived in Spillers warehouse, they were delivered with a smile by Nigel, notwithstanding the need to carry them up a set of stairs. We could not recommend Spillers more highly.

The showroom is exceptional in both its layout and the range of appliances on show. Nearly all of them are connected to electricity and plumbing so 'live' demonstration is normal. The staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable;e. The pricing is competitive .

Nigel and Stu delivered my new AGA range cooker at the appointed time. They disconnected my old cooker and removed it and installed the new AGA all within forty minutes. They removed all the packaging.

The entire experience was a delight. I shall certainly continue to use Spillers whenever I need appliances .

Amazing and friendly service from order to installation the shop staff were so friendly and helpful and Stu and Nigel came to deliver and install our new Aga they were so friendly and professional taking away all packaging and making sure everything was I working before leaving

First call out the engineer said we had a faulty control box on our Aga and it was going to be expensive and it might not be available anymore. We had the box refurbish by Radtronix in Yorkshire for £250 and it worked perfectly. The next problem the engineer diagnosed the fault as a relay board.
Cost of board £650.
Again Radtronix to the rescue who asked me to run a few checks and found the fault to be a single wire leading to the relay board. Wire replaced and yet again all working fine.
They did however find time to email me to ask if I would be interested in a new Everhot.

The point I was making was not wether it was new or refurbished. It was I was being told I needed a £650 part that wasn’t broken. All that was needed was a 10inch piece of wire.
Also we bought through yourselves a new Aga relay board for £650 approx 1.5 years ago and it failed a month over its 12 month warranty. That was when I first got in touch with Radtronix.
I hope this clarifies things.

We have had excellent customer service from the team: from the help in the showroom, explaining the different models, to ordering and delivery and installation. All staff are knowledgeable and courteous.

We purchased a AGA Masterchef to replace our ancient electric conversion AGA this year. Spillers quoted for removal of existing and installation of the new model and all went perfectly. We were kept informed throughout and all the work was immaculate. Can't fault their work and found their prices competitive as well!

I purchased my 4 Door gas Aga from spillers of chard around 6 months ago. The service has been prompt, professional and friendly since the beginning. The team are very helpful and knowledgeable- Claire couldn’t have been kinder and what the engineers don’t know about Agas isn’t worth knowing! Can’t recommend them enough.

Purchased a white good from Spillers rather than just on line blindly. They offered some good advice, sorted the right model, delivered and installed all for cheaper than direct from the manufacture.

Customer service is excellent - I had to change the appointment, which was handled without any problem.

Very good delivery service. Long delay from ordering to delivery but that’s not Spillers’ fault. Could have done with a little more proactive information on likely delivery date - but that’s my only quibble. I would certainly recommend them.

Very helpful, kept us up to date with our new Aga Er7, everything went smoothly. Delivery team were excellent & even came back out the following day as our electricians didn’t make one supply live so came back out and installed the warming oven and fired everything up! Delivery team also noticed a small glazing error on one lid and removed and replaced! Very efficient, trustworthy & and just a pleasant experience with a new item in a new build.

We are thrilled with our new Macintosh kitchen from Spillers of Chard. The look, quality of finish and day-to-day practicality have exceeded our expectations. From first design meeting with Adam, through to commissioning, install and fit from James and the entire Spillers team, our experience has been more than we could have hoped for. Issues and niggles have been attended to promptly and professionally. The fitter Andy B was brilliant, with an attention to detail we really appreciated. The Quooker tap and Bora hob are proving themselves indespensible. The sleek, dynamic grey finish and the Dekton worktop are simply beautiful. It's a real pleasure to use our kitchen and enjoy time with family and friends in what is now the social hub of our home. We have no hesitation in recommending Spillers, for their customer service and desire to have total customer satisfaction as a top priority.

From the early days of test driving the options to finally coordinating the various brands, we now have the kitchen we want.
