A great experience of cooking class at Clock's Café
A great experience at Clock's Café with the cooking class.
Fatima Zahra and Mohssin were very kind with us. We learnt to make great dishes (zaalouk and chicken pastilla, berbers bread, fruit parfait) and we had a nice lunch at the end of the cooking class.
It was a great experience, very easy to follow instructions. Drinks are offered.

amazing experience
We booked a sushi course as a surprise gift for my daughter's anniversary. We had ms. Nobu as guide for the market tour and ms. Kanori as cooking instructor. Amazing experience! During the market tour we had the possibility to taste and shop for original ingredients that we brought back home and during the cooking lesson we had the opportunity to learn some very effective techniques to produce nice looking (and tasty) sushi! During the tasting session we were offered a sample of Japanese Shōchūs to match our own artistic creations. A lot of fun, a lot of information, an unforgettable experience. Arigatou gozaimasu Kanori, Arigatou gozaimasu Nobu!

Everything was very professional from beginning to end. The 4 dishes we prepared were excellent! I loved the way it was all formally laid out for us to eat as a group after we were finished cooking.
