We had a fantastic cookery lesson in Florence with a lovely teacher. Everything was easily arranged and she already knew about the things we couldn't eat and planned the menu accordingly. All the food was delicious and we'll definitely return.

Chef Duyen is truly amazing, she gives such a personal tour through the local market sampling herbs and local treats. The cooking section is well adapted to different dietary requirements nothing is too much trouble! I highly recommend doing any one of her tours.

Three of my friends and I booked this macaroon making class at the last minute and on a Sunday. We were hosted by Fortuna, in her home. She was lovely, gracious host and a professionally trained pastry chef with a successful business. We could not have had a better experience. After having failed in past attempts at making macaroons, Fortuna shared her secrets and the results were amazing! Can’t wait to make them on my own. Thank you, Fortuna!

The hosts were great, and fun. The food turned out great and left completely stuffed. I really appreciated that there were vegitarian substitutes for everything.
The only downside was the farm walk through was really short and more of a home garden, than a farm.
It also felt a bit rushed, but That can be expected when making 5 dishes in only a few hours.

Now I know how to do it! And the secret of xiao long bao.
This was a wonderful cooking lesson with kitty! Perfect organised from pick up till goodby!
