Broken glass in box of second attempt to get to me
After not receiving my parcel ordered well before Christmas, the second attempt has arrived. Unfortunately despite what looked like good packaging, one of the glasses is broken and looks like it may have been so before. Being sent.
So now again I’ve had to contact you to ask for a replacement glass to be sent, and the recipcant of this product is having to wait even longer for thier gift.
Not a good experience after the good reviews I’d heard of of this company and dissapointing especially at Christmas.

It took a while to obtain the items as initially they were lost in the xmas post. Very good and helpfuI customer service has however seen them re ordered and delivered today

The first jug I ordered didn't arrive…
The first jug I ordered didn't arrive so I opted for a replacement rather than a refund & the second one arrived the day before Xmas Eve which was a relief as it was a present for my Niece. So all in all the experience overall was absolutely fine 🙂

Bought two sets cutlery only sent one. Very expensive mistake
Bought two sets cutlery. Received only one. Informed them. Nothing sent out. So not enough cutlery for Xmas, had to buy extra locally. Meant that I paid them 70 quid for a place setting for 4 from cook serve enjoy! Never again.

Still waiting for my order from 14th December
Still waiting for my order that I placed 14th December
Still waiting -was told delivery on Saturday 28th by evri -told would now be next working day -still not received it
EVRI has a technical issue so they can’t help
Does not appear to be a phone number on cookserve website -so I just feel like I’m 50 quid out of pocket right now!
Have sent an enquiry firm but will take up to 48 hrs
This is my second order with them but after this I would avoid -priduct previous order was good -but if they can’t get the goods out in a timely fashion 🤷♂️

My items arrived broken, two beautiful pasta bowls, packed into a box that was too big, poorly wrapped. A total waste of products, packaging and postage. More care needs to be taken by the people who lack the products for dispatch. However, the customer service representative could not have been more helpful when I called to complain. His name was Marcus and he is a credit to the company.
