I recently ordered a set of plates from this company, of which one arrived broken. It has been quickly replaced and I must say I am now extremely happy with the purchase. The plates are of very good quality, and aesthetically pleasing.

Dreadful delays in emails being answered.
Wrote to them on 11th December attaching initial invoice showing quantities, and item codes, asking when we could expect the rest of our order as we were missing the glass mason jugs.
Unaware of receiving any calls to advise us of the reason for the delay, 11 days later we receive a reply asking for the quantity and product codes of the missing items.
Called and explained that the invoice I attached made clear the product codes and quantities of the missing glass mason jugs. For some reason, I now have to wait for an investigation to take place before we even reach the point of arranging delivery of the missing items.

My items were delayed and I rang customer service expecting the usual desultory response. Instead, Jillian took personal ownership of the problem and saw to it that they were delivered next day. Delays can happen, especially just before Xmas - but what makes the difference is if a company ensures the problem is dealt with. I’m pleased to say that this company, thanks to their very helpful team member Jillian, did just that. Meanwhile the goods themselves seem great, and they were well priced. I’m happy!

So helpful. I called to check leadtime for an item and customer service offerered to go down to the warehouse with my order number and arrange to get it sorted for next day delivery in order to have a cake baked on time.
Excellent - whomever it was (maybe Nicole) should be offered a pay rise and probably be promoted !

VERY VERY SLOW to send your order.
Took them A WEEK to pick 5 items they listed as in stock. Their customer service system does not work. Its constantly offline!
They ignored my request for a refund after 3 days as my order was clearly not going to arrive in time which they also ignored, and only shipped my items a week after ordering after I filed for a refund with the payment provider.
Now I have a box full of items which arrived 4 days AFTER my event.
AVOID unless you have weeks to wait for items!

Dinner plates we ordered were poor quality as they showed the circle on the plate face from manufacturing, said even though they had this it was in their opinion still acceptable. I was then sent the returns policy but it would be at my expense.

Ordered four items, The order was wrong on arrival but the delivery note and Invoice was correct. Contacted customer service, they got back to me really quick and are sending out the missing item

Placed an order for two large baskets which came very quickly. One of the baskets handle was broke upon arrival but with a quick email along with photos of the issue they sent me out a replacement within days. Extremely happy with how they resolved the problem so quickly. Would 100% recommend them.

Ordered some glasses for my business for a function, a week later I was told they were out of stock, if I had known sooner I could have ordered elsewhere for a timely arrival.
As it happened once I knew, I ordered from rinkit and they arrived the next day saving my function.
Cooksmill don’t leave it untill the last minute to advise people. Reliability is the key.
Avoid.

Absolute joke is all I can say about my recent experience, Sent out defective items & yes they tried to right the issue but sent out more defective items, Best bit is someone actually personally inspected the items, Yer right, So Basically now I am being called a liar & they are not interested anymore,
This experience has now made me start looking elsewhere for a supplier as my trust in cooksmill has truly gone
