Next day delivery! I was very impressed by the way I was kept informed of the progress of the order and surprised at how fast it arrived. Goods of good quality. My one complaint is that the stated container volume must have been the external volume. The useable internal volume was 30% lower, since the volume left inside the covering lid is not useable.

I have used them before, but on this occasion i placed my order early hours Friday morning, the website says that orders after 2pm Friday will be despatched the following week, well my order was way before the 2pm deadline and it has only been despatched today, after i emailed them this morning, i also didn’t order anything that had a lead time as i needed the products sooner, this clearly didn’t matter because they had the cheek to email me back completely disregarding everything i said & just said all being well I should receive this within a couple of days! How pathetic! I then said as you ignored my email I’ll refuse delivery then, and the response was if i refuse delivery, the £6.95 delivery charge will not be refunded! They were VERY quick to reply to that. £6.95 delivery charge for something that is in stock and takes a week to arrive! STAY AWAY, if they don’t fix this i’ll do a charge back to my card, & i will raise this with trading standards as it’s very misleading information

Brilliant customer service.
I emailed about the size of the plates and had a response very quickly.
When I ordered them they were delivered within a couple of days by courier. Email updates from both.
Very happy with my plates on size , quality , price , service and no minimum order if you just want 1.

We recently ordered 30 teapots, and while 12 arrived promptly and were put to use by our team, we were later informed—two days after delivery—that the remaining 18 would not be available until February. While we understand that large orders often arrive in separate shipments, this unexpected delay posed a significant problem for our business, especially as we head into the busy Christmas season.
When we contacted customer service to discuss the situation, we spoke with Nicole, who unfortunately was neither helpful nor courteous. We explained our intention to return the teapots we could no longer use and exchange them for an alternative matching set that was in stock. However, we were met with resistance and told that because the teapots had been used, there was nothing they could do, even though the incomplete delivery left us no viable option.
What is particularly frustrating is that had we been informed before the 12 teapots arrived that the rest of the order would be delayed, we would have simply returned the initial shipment unopened. Why did it take 48 hours after delivery to notify us of the issue?
The website indicated a lead time of 5-7 days with no mention of any stock shortages, leaving us unaware of any potential issues. Yet during our phone call, it felt as though we were being scolded for ordering something that was out of stock—a fact we couldn’t have known without proper communication.
To make matters worse, there was no apology offered and no attempt to resolve the issue. As loyal customers who have invested heavily in products for our new site, this lack of support and unwillingness to help is disappointing. Regrettably, this experience has left us unwilling to order from this company again.

I left a review for these people just a few days ago. At the time I could not remember exactly when I ordered from them, so I had to report that "I thought" the order was received within 48 hours. This time, I made a point of recordeing my order time - 7.19am Thursday 24th. The order arrived today - Friday 25th(!) at 10.30am ie. 27 hours later. I strongly suspect that had I ordered much later in the day, that I would still have received this order this morning, ie in less than 24 hours.
They advertise a fast courier service but modestly refrain from claiming "next day delivery", yet that is what they had provided for me; twice.
Fantastic service.
The two Pawali containers are of very heavy construction, and are watertight - something not mentioned in the description.
[I,m building a temperature controlled double'boiler', capable of maintaining food at between 20-150 degrees C. and large enough to boil not a bunny, but a whole warren of bunnies. Couldn't have done it without you Cooksmill.]

So far I've only had amazing experiences with Cooks Mill. They clearly position themselves as capable to fulfil orders in a timely manner and their customer customer service / sales staff are responsive.
In my most recent order they went above and beyond to make sure I had the items I needed, even though some of them were only worth a few pounds, the team helped to source them and ship the order well ahead of time. Thanks very much!

I was in Cooksmill in salford and needed some lab coats in various sizes.
Anne was an unbelievable assistant nothing was too much trouble for her to find what I needed because they weren’t all in one place. Many would have given up and maybe said they didn’t have the sizes I needed but she didn’t. She spent a lot of time and went above and beyond to find what I needed. I ordered 20 plates (10 white and 10 black of the same type).
Delivery was very quick and everything was very well packaged, but still, unfortunately 1 black plate was broken and another one seemed to have some sort of dot-sized manufacturing defect that only became visible once I removed the producer's sticker from the plate.
I took some pictures and contacted the company. They got back to me within the hour and agreed to have the 2 plates replaced for me.
The next day the replacements came, the packing was great again and now I have 20 intact and great plates!
So all in all, all I can say is this is a great company with an amazing customer service, thank you for your great work!
