Excellent customer services. Made an online order of four pasta bowls, but there was a slight hiccup as I gave an incorrect email address. The matter was sorted out very promptly and amicably by the lady at customer services. Would recommend.
Great prices and selection made me decide to purchase from Cooksmill. After ordering there was superb customer service to advise on details of the delivery. Would definitely go straight to them next time I need anything for the kitchen!

Needed some new Birkenstocks and Cooksmill had BY FAR the best price. Was astonished at checkout to discover that postage was included. They then arrived the next working day by a decent courier. Top marks all round.

Excellent services! Very speedy turn around and delivery from point of order. I inadvertently started an online web chat out of business hours and they emailed back promptly at opening the next day. Very helpful staff and wonderful service. Highly recommended!

i would sue this company as they sent faulty item when you say replace me they dnt take their item back or help you because they just want to rip people i would say you buy your product from pay someone extra but not this company not worth it have a look lid does not close at all all staff is rubbish not helpful at all.i also have a proof from this comapny how they treat and guys do not reconmed personally this company is useless dnt do anything. they are lying now as i have left a review 0 customer service

First time ordering from Cooksmill, needed a few items for a party I was hosting.
After a misunderstanding, on my part, the young lady I was dealing with called me back to advise that she'd spoken to her manager and arranged a pre-12pm Saturday delivery, a service they don't actually offer!

Appalling customer service & possibly unhygienic conditions in their warehouse. I purchased a pack of takeaway paper bags from this company about 4 weeks ago. On opening the box after delivery, a very pungent smell oozed out of the box. I assumed it could be due to packaging and in good faith, I thought to air the box for some time. At the end of a week the odour was just as bad as it was on day 1. I contacted the company and was told they had to investigate with their warehouse before giving me a go ahead to return the item. This took tons of calls and emails back and forth, at the end of which I was told the fault was not from there end. I was told the odour could be due to my storage condition. I was told I had to pay for a trackable return if I wanted to return the item. Looking online for the description of the odour, I realised that the pungent odour was similar to rat wee odour which I highlighted to them. The product was not fit for purpose as it was to package food. The product cost £29.22 including delivery and I paid about £17 to send it back to them which they refused to refund. They received the package within a couple of days, about 2 weeks ago and it has taken another lot of emails and calls to finally get a refund of £29.22 today. I wish I had read the reviews, more so the negative ones before I placed my order.

Ordered a thali set. Arrived the next day and in very good condition. The process of ordering was easy on their website. The communications were immediate once my order was placed. They use APC for delivery which is high in price but very efficient and a high level of service. The product arrived intact and I'm happy with the quality. It is slightly bigger than I anticipated, but hey ho the measurements were clear....I should have chosen the smaller one.

Appalling customer service. Was at home to receive parcel but courier didn’t knock and claimed no one at home, now being charged to send item back. Company said there was nothing they could do.., this is almost 2 weeks after placing the order which was in stock.

The staff in sales were extremely helpful. I needed the parcel urgently for a birthday present and they monitored the order and asked the warehouse to speedily process it and I got it the next morning!
It really helped there being a telephone number to speak to a human! Made all the difference.
The product was reasonably priced too.
All in all a fabulous service, it's nice to feedback when people go that extra mile to be helpful.
