Purchased a trifle dish and when it arrived it's on the slope! Would suggest I've been sold a "seconds" item at an inflated price. Offered £4.20 as a discount which was very disappointing especially after paying £6.95 for courier delivery which took 3 days to arrive.

Ordered something silly that I couldn't find anywhere else, a week went by without an update, I emailed Cooksmill to ask for an update, staff were friendly and had my order shipped that afternoon.

I use Cooksmill alot because the jars i order never arrive damaged unlike alot of other places ,they are also quick to respond to any issues ,i do wish however their stock was more reliable ... always seems to be things out of stock or a long wait

Despite a few supply problems pre Xmas, I have had nothing but excellent service from the company over the last few years.
Everything comes beautifully packaged and exactly as ordered.
I will continue using them for other kitchen ware when we require them.
Great service and quick responses from customer service if anything gets delayed.

Never used them before but ordered a load of stuff that needed to be carefully packaged which it most certainly was. Got in touch about whether delivery would be within a certain timeframe as otherwise I would need to change the delivery address (which would be fine but I needed to know). They got back to me and said it would be delivered the next day.
Very well packaged, fast delivery, can't fault them :)

Ordered, gave me the wrong item. Raised the issue with them, they've asked me to take pictures and send it back to them. It's been over 3 weeks no response. Sent them number of emails, call them countless times no response.
No refund nor a replacement.
AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS AT ALL COST!
They missed out on getting a 5 star because ordering on their website was a slow process.
Good products at reasonable prices.
Cannot fault their communication, letting me know that there could be a delay, even though it was just by one day.
The goods arrived, well packaged to avoid any damages.
Overall a good experience and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
Worst customer service & attitude I've encountered in a long time.
Ordered a gift for a b'day present and paid in excess of £8 for next day delivery (the only delivery option available) three days later no delivery. Chase it up and get told I'd agreed to the delay by ticking a box on the order form (I'd actually thought I was just ticking Ts&Cs as is usual, bearing in mind I'd just clicked on next day delivery & the delivery charge was displayed!) No notice whatsoever either on their website or the order form that they were experiencing stock/supply shortages or courier difficulties, just a tiny little tick box that you HAVE to tick before you can actually place the order. I told them this was deceptive and unethical. The attitude was basically take it or leave it. So I left it & demanded a full refund. Disgusting attitude & business practice. You've been warned.
