Item was not as described - advertised as designed and made in Britain. Cooksmill accept that this is incorrect, blame an IT error and yet refuse to accept any responsibility for the return of the item at their expense. Just get the same token ‘refer to the return policy’. Appalling customer service.
I’m absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase from Cooksmill! The cooking, cleaning, and dining equipment arrived today in perfect condition, and the quality is top-notch. This is my second time purchasing from you, and once again, I’m thoroughly impressed. A big thank you to cooksmill, second time I have used them and certainly won't be the last , I need some items ASAP ( a late present ) and wow the service was second to non the items that weren't in stock thay sorted from another warehouse. Second order I put through Sunday evening, and arrived Tuesday morning.
Can't fault them , keept up to date via email, both from cooksmill and the courier, securely rapped and not eaven any damage to the box

I’ve been really happy with everything with my experience. I read all the advice about checking the items and letting the company know if there were any issues or breakages.
My order had various items, with differing shipment days - so I was prepared to be a little more involved and keep track of things.
The customer service was brilliant and friendly, I was informed of all the details I needed to know and it was great being informed of everything too.
My overall experience has been extremely good and I will definitely order from this company again.
Big thanks to the person I communicated with when I needed to - everything was shipped when stated and no breakages at all 😎

Have ordered several items now - stainless steel containers of various sizes. These have all been well-made, and reasonably priced.
There are a good variety of options when selecting a container size - which I haven't found elsewhere. Dimensions and capacity are clearly and accurately stated - something that is almost always oddly missing from other sellers.
Shipping was quick enough, and used one of the better couriers (DPD).

Appalling customer service. I ordered a glass 8lt drink jar, the item was sent without packaging so it was completely smashed inside the box.
I didn’t open the parcel within the 48hr window as I was away for a few days but when I returned home to open the parcel which was left I found it in a million pieces. I contacted straight away and was told in no way would they provide a replacement or a refund. I have contacted again and again and they just refuse to reply to my emails now.
Regardless of their 48hr window, they sent a GLASS item without ANY protective packaging and refuse to take accountability for it.
I would definitely avoid using this company again.

I'm a little reluctant to leave a mediocre review, but items arrived broken, and not as pictured on the web site. Sometimes these things happen, but the thing turned into a saga and a time sink. Cooksmill's customer services staff were friendly, but needed constant chasing. However their couriers (DPD and APC) were hopeless as they repeatedly missed and lied (yes, lied) about collections. It took weeks for the goods finally to get returned and the refund issued. My whole experience has been frustrating and an utter waste of time. The 3 stars are for the friendliness of their staff, and for Cooksmill's willingness to take responsibility, but they really need to sort out their logistics.

Ordered 33cm square Napkins white wrong order delivered after talking to them they admitted wrong picture on item code but said it was my fault for not going into spec so tough on me not a helpful company when they make errors and not correct them won’t be giving them any more trade ( after they thought about it for a while realising they were at fault have admitted liability and refunded money for the above it’s not a lot but it was the pride in knowing they were at fault and not acknowledging it so all sorted can now give 4**** instead of.1 )

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Cooksmill. This was my first order which I did have to chase but I was told they were experiencing high order volumes and they were extremely busy, however I received prompt replies to my emails. When my order arrived it was superbly packaged, every item was bubble wrapped (it was mostly glass jars). One jar was faulty so I notified them straight away. Jillian was on it straight away and sent me a replacement which was delivered the next day, so again fantastic service. All in all a hassle free experience. Other companies could learn a thing or two from this company.

I ordered 6 glasses from Cooksmill but when they arrived they were the wrong glasses.
I phoned Cooksmill and spoke to Jillian and she was really helpful and dealt with the problem straight away and I had the correct glasses the very next day.
The speed and efficiency that she dealt with my complaint was superb. I would recommend this company 5 star.

I bought a chef's knife from Cooksmill and it arrived promptly. After about a month I noticed a small crack in the handle. I emailed Cooksmill and got a very helpful response from Nicole. I sent the knife back Freepost and was sent a new knife. Excellent customer service!
