Lots of variety. Well delivered

I've tried a few meal delivery services and Cook Unity is by far the best. The meals are fresh, filling, delicious and have a variety of healthy ingredients. Every week there are new recipes added, so we never get tired of a dish. The app makes it easy to shop your preferences and rate or save your favorites. We especially appreciate their focus on reusable delivery packaging and compostable containers, reducing plastic use is very important to us. Would absolutely recommend!

I had several issues which were mine due to my low vision I got several emails requesting clarification and my issues were resolved. The service is very good. I’ve had no issues with Delivery and I find the food very excellent.

I have eaten Cook Unity meals with great pleasure for about 5 years. The menu never becomes boring. The site has a wide variety of delicious meals and new meals are introduced frequently. There are numerous other pluses: 1) you can easily learn which chefs you most enjoy and choose from a subset of their meals; 2) several meals on the website have received the prestigious James Beard Award for excellence, and 3) the meals are cooked by local chefs and hand delivered to your door -fresh, not frozen. Finally, if you have dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free, you still have access to an impressive array of delicious meals. Cook Unity has my enthusiastic endorsement.

Customer Service is terrible. I accesed my account trhough my apple id. My account was flaged, however when I contacted them, I wasnt advised that a second membership was created and was left active after I spoke with them. After I canceled what I thought was my only account, i received an order made automatically from that second account. Cook unity aologized but made me ay the order. The food is very average and deosnt taste fresh.

I was a new customer so I got the 50% discount on my first order thank god. This food is really gross. I ordered eight meals and all of them were either dried out or the protein was cooked to leather status. If these particular chefs are happy with the end results of the meals delivered, I wouldn't admit it by putting my name or picture on the entree. Apparently these meals are cooked in bulk and served out like cafeteria style and wrapped up in production line with little or no quality control. I've had cheap TV dinners that were better than this stuff. I thought I would change to Factor but I was informed that their food is just as bad. Come on y'all you can do better than this. Treat your customers well and they'll keep coming back because I'm not coming back

The food has been delicious so far and there is always a wide variety of menu options to select from. You can even search based on your dietary needs. This is by far the best meal deal service my family has tried so far. Great packaging and food always during the delivery window as promised. Our experience has been positive.

CookUnity has honestly made my life so much easier. The meals taste fresh, not like typical meal prep, and I love that there’s so much variety every week. It feels like restaurant-quality food without having to cook or clean. Perfect for busy weeks.

The app is so easy to use. I have to adhere to a low sodium diet and it is easy to set the parameters so I only see lowmsosium options. The portions are satisfying and everything is so fresh!!

I love unity the food is great and do is the unity staff . The only problem is that unity does not charge the payment card at the time of transaction, by the time unity takes out payment for the transaction, the payment declines because the card locks after every transaction. If unity does not send the payment through at the time of payment the payment will be declined any other time. Except the time the transaction is made.

I do not know how to cook and I enjoy eating freshly made meals... CookUnity has been my saviour

The meals were fairly good, although the quality of the meat could be hit or miss depending on the week. The biggest issue was the deliveries and lack of communication. This service went from keeping me up-to-date via text about each delivery to simply not providing me with any information at all about each delivery order. It resulted in leaving food out overnight with the only response from support being "well it should be okay, did you see if it's spoiled?" okay man. The final straw was a delivery way past the 8 hour delivery window on a weeknight with no updates at all.

CookUnity canceled my very first delivery before I ever received or tried any meals, even though I never requested a cancellation. I had contacted support only to express frustration that there is no way to either cancel after the first box is delivered or simply place one-time, manual orders without being forced into weekly auto-ship and constantly skipping weeks. Instead of addressing that concern, they took it upon themselves to cancel the paid order I was expecting to be delivered, wasting my time and ensuring I never even got to try what I signed up for. I was already uneasy about the forced subscription model, but this premature cancellation—based entirely on their misinterpretation, not my request—means they lost a customer before I ever tasted a single meal.

We started this meal plan, because We wanted portioned sized meals and meals that all we had to do is pop them in the microwave.
The great thing about this company, there are many different chefs that prepare the meals. The negative part about having different chefs, not all the meals that they present taste all that good. There were a few meals that are absolutely delicious, but after a while, you will experience shortages in the meal itself and on some of them the taste was awful.
Basically, most of the meals are very good and they are economically affordable.
They mostly prepare a great deal of chicken meals, and any other meats are charged much higher per plate, are only prepared sparingly like beef, fish, pork, turkey which some of meals taste very good.
Some of the sides are tasty, but not all of them.
Basically, we enjoyed the meals, but we became tired of them, because although there was variety, we didn't care for the taste of the different chef prepared meals.
Especially, since it was just too many chicken inspired meals, which wasn't a problem for me, but my husband got tired of the chicken meals, so we had to cancel our subscription.
I must say that although there is a great deal of chicken inspired chef meals, we highly recommend this company, the food is always fresh, and it always arrives on time.
Customer support is awesome and they are always ready to assist you with any issues you may have, and they do not mind offering great discounts on your subscription.
If ever I need a food subscription, I would gladly return to Cook Unity!!

The folks at CookUnity make an extra effort to make sure the orders are delivered in time and if any problems they handle immediately, which is very rare. And the food is great! Fresh and tasty. Really helps my busy lifestyle. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and will continue!

When they charged me because my pause ran out they immediately refunded me and that made a huge difference for me. I am struggling just getting my apartment and having car issues and had money to fix my brakes in my account and it was taken because I did not actually cancel I just paused. I don’t like this feature of auto select and charging accounts but I also take responsibility for not ensuring it was cancelled. I have to wait for the money to refund still, but the fact I had response and refund so fast after contacting them relieved a ton of stress. Company cares about its customers for sure.

Great quality and great tasting meals. Never disappointed with Cook Unity! Always expect the best with this company!
