I have waited patiently before leaving…
I have waited patiently before leaving this review as previously I had a very good experience with my first purchase. However… bought a 2nd system and explained I needed it to heat/cool an out building for my 2 young children whilst our house was being renovated. After having the system installed by an approved F gas installer (just as I did the first time for another out building, which is still working fine) it did not work. My engineer spoke with Cooleasy and they said it was a faulty PCB board and fair play sent another. After installing.. same problem, same error code. My engineer had already said at the start he thought it was the compressor and still thinks it is. I had a 2nd company take a look and they agreed.
After explaining this to Neil @ Cooleasy, he started accusing my Engineer of false reporting even though we have his emails etc then decided the best course of customer service is just to ignore myself and my engineer and hope this will go away!!
I am not about to “go away”. I have paid to have another system installed and my children are lovely and warm… as will my solicitors palms be!

I purchased a Midea System from…
I purchased a Midea System from Cooleasy in June 2018, was advised by Danny that it was better than the Panasonic which is what i originally wanted to buy, I asked him about fitment as my brother repairs A/C units on cars and he said it was very easy to fit and supplied me with plastic pipes instead of the copper ones for that reason. I used it for a few weeks in the summer of 2018 and it was working fine and didn't use it again until December 2019 and it wouldn't work!, contacted an engineer who told me that the compressor was broken and I would have to have a complete new unit as Cooleasy sold me the old system gas of R410 instead of the R32, I contacted Neil and he also told me I needed to buy a new system, which I was very angry about due to the fact that the unit worked for a few weeks and cost me £400, I contacted Midea for advice who told me that plastic pipes should not be used as they are not Industry Standard and it should be copper pipes. So it seems i have been sold old stock with no warranty !!!!

First of let me say that the Midea…
First of let me say that the Midea system I bought is as good if not better than a Toshiba system i had professionally installed.
After a year the Midea system developed a fault. A leak.
I phoned Cooleasy several times, each time they said they would get hold of the engineer they use in my area. Did that happen, no. So much for support.
Now i have a problem, hot weather, no air con. I spent a lot of time on the net and on the phone trying to get somebody to check the system. Some people would not touch a Midea system and others very rude and expensive as the system was self installed.
My point is if you self install and you need help i found Cooleasy talked service but nothing happened. This was June this year.
As i wrote before the Midea system is very good but just in case you have problems, find your own installer first.

The place to buy air conditioning
Spent hours in the last few weeks researching portable air conditioning units for small office use. Spoke to several companies - cooleasy.co.uk were BY FAR the most knowledgeable and professional.
They were actually interested in what I was trying to do, considered every possible solution, and actually KNEW "inside-out" the machine they finally sold me. They were the only ones who knew how far I could extend the vents, and went miles out of their way to get the correct trunking to me.
Delivery was on a day to suit me, and cooleasy phoned several times to confirm I was happy with it all (and even thanking me for my custom). They use an expert courier which notifies you on the day of the delivery slot - cooleasy don't skimp on the delivery either.
Compare prices if you must online - they are competitive, perhaps a very few pounds either way of the cheapest. Remember, though, that you get exactly what you pay for in life, and this company is worth any small extra for the care Brian, Neil and the team take with each and every customer.
This really is the company to use, as "cool" as the products they sell - can't wait for a really hot day to try out my new machine now! Thanks, cooleasy!

Cooleasy Air Source Heat Pump
After doing loads of research online on what air con unit to buy for heating an annex, I gave Cooleasy a call to discuss my findings, as they had some pretty competitive prices online.
I spoke to Neil (I think!) who took the time to explain all my options, which really helped in making my final decision on which unit to buy.
Back to the internet to get the cheapest price and it came down to two companies; one of them being Cooleasy who were ever so slightly more expensive. Because of the conversation I'd had and the reassurance from Cooleasy that I could call them with any questions that I might have, I decided to purchase the unit from them.
It turned up the next day and, thanks to the advice and guidance, it's now working brilliantly heating the annex at a fraction of the cost of electric radiators. I'm not sure that we'll use it for cooling, given our wonderful British summers, but I'm very happy with the service I received, and was happy to pay a little bit extra for it.

If you need an Air conditioning unit I would recommend cooleasy EDITED
Was unsure which A/C to buy (minefield) so emailed few companies for advice did not want to spend £1000 on the wrong one and wishing I had asked the questions.
Cooleasy (Neil) was very helpful and hence bought from them, had bracket missing contacted them another was shipped next day, very happy with the service and would recommend
20TH MAY FINALLY GOT THIS WORKING HAD TO BRING IN A PROFESSIONAL EXTRA COST AS PIPES ARE RUBBISH TO WORK WITH SO HE REPLACED THEM, HE EVEN HE STRUGGLED TO UNDERSTAND THE INSTRUCTIONS.
ON A GOOD NOT IT WORKS WELL NOW!
