STAY CLEAR! I ordered 2 tshirts that came in seperate packaging. the quality was awful and they took 8 weeks to arrive. no contact from seller. Complete Scam, They don't even look like the did in the images

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Absolutely horrible excuse for a business and don't even get me started on their return policy. Oh wait... they don't even have one!!! Do not waste your time and money!

I placed an order with this company on April 11, 2020. I received an email from Jeffrey Walker that same day. He stated that my item would be in stock on April 18 and would I mind waiting. I said that would be fine.

I received an unsigned email from the company on April 19 that due to a copyright dispute with Etsy, I would need to reorder from their website. I should have known better, but on April 20 I did go to the website and reorder. Funds were deducted from my account immediately.

As of mid-May, I still had not received my order and began trying to contact the company. At this point I discovered that there is only vague contact info on the website, and no address or phone. The only contact was on Facebook. I tried contacting through messenger but no response. I posted on their Facebook wall and my posts were deleted.

After a bit of research, I found out that Coolest T-Shirts is one of a number of businesses operated by one Nicole Kelly, email hello at Nicosso.com. The address for all her businesses is 912 Huff Road, Atlanta, GA. She is on Facebook as Nicole Kelly and on Instagram as hello_Nicosso and nicologyrules. Once I contacted Nicole Kelly directly, she told me my money was refunded (it wasn’t). I had to file a dispute through my credit card company to finally get my money back. This place reeks of scam, scam, scam. Don’t spend your money here!

Ordered a tshirt for my son. When I received it the lettering was cracked & incomplete. I contacted them the same day with pictures as requested. No response. Contacted them a week later, no response. I have just sent my 3rd email trying to get a resolution to the problem.
I will NEVER order from them again! Terrible customer service & poor quality merchandise. Waste of money!

Do not buy from this company, if you can even call it that! They dont even let you exchange for a different size. Sizes run way small, shirt is cheap and see through and it smells bad.

I have never written a review before, and I would not go out of my way to do so unless I felt that my experience needed to be heard. If you do not have time to read this review, let me tell you moral of the story is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered my mom a blanket for mothers day for $70, and when I got it, the wording was completely cut off on the top and bottom and was nothing like the picture I saw on the website. I have never been so beyond disgusted by a company or their customer service before in my life. I worked so hard to just get one that didn't have cut off letters, that's all I wanted. The company kept emailing me back pretty much stating what I ordered is what I got regardless of multiple pictures I sent them clearly demonstrating the multiple flaws in the order. Please do not waste your time and money like I did, I am so disappointed in this gift. I'm so sorry to the other people that have had similar experiences as I have with this disgrace of a company. Truly a disappointment. Always read reviews before you trust a company!

ORDER ARRIVED IN 2 SEPARATE PACKAGES; THE 2 LARGE T-SHIRTS WERE PRINTED JUST FINE AND AS ADVERTISED WITH THE PRINTING ON THE BACK OF T-SHIRT. THE 3XL ARRIVED IN A FEW DAYS LATER, PRINTED ON THE FRONT, NOT ON BACK AS ADVERTISED. CONTACTED THEM AND THEY ESSENTIALLY SAID S.O.L. - NO REPLACEMENT AND NO REFUND. SO NOW I HAVE "GIFTS" THAT ARE MISMATCHED AND I CAN'T PUT THEIR NAMES ON THE FRONT LEFT CORNER AS INTENDED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYBODY ELSE TO ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order for two shirts. They arrived separately and the first shirt was fine. The second shirt had a mistake on it, the text was different from the title page and link of the item than what was sent or pictured. It has a grammar mistake.

When I reported the issue to the site they said there was nothing they could do because the art was as pictured and the run was finished. I had requested a replacement or a refund, they refused to do I either and claimed no responsibility for misrepresenting their products or misleading what you would receive due to the discrepancies on their website.

Save your business for a company that actually cares if it’s customer is satisfied with their product, not just out to money grab.
