The Absolute Best!!!!
Availability, accessibility, an awesome vehicle, and great customer service made my (our) experience with Cool Key West the best part of our very first day trip to Key West!!!!!!
Without the electric car, our (my son, a friend, and myself) day trip would have turned into a nightmare because of the limited amount of time we had on the Island!

Amazing experience overall
Amazing experience overall, we will be booking with them again when we come and visit Key West.
Booking was very quick and easy online. We enjoyed our text confirmation with address of pick-up golf cart.
When we arrived we had fantastic experience the staff we all lovely, very thorough and friendly. Dropping off our golf cart was smooth and quick.

Staff were great For people who want more than just a drive by but cannot walk long distances this was perfect! Especially appreciated the ride back to the cruise ship. Driver of the shuttle van was most entertaining!!!

Rooms were just par for the price
Rooms were just par for the price. Average Always took too long to get car. Valet person was very nice but sometimes got backed up. Probably would not choose to stay there again. Wanted a beach which was ok nice having waiter and beach chairs. Makeup mirror didnt work entire time. Told the maid but don’t think I was understood.

So much fun!
We had a blast exploring Key West in our little 4 seater car! The booking process was easy, prices were reasonable, and the staff was friendly. There's a line when you get there so make sure you follow their recommendation to arrive 30 min prior to your reservation!
