Shipped 2 parcels internationally which went well and at a good rate but then when I went to ship again, they wanted me to send then ID through something called strip. NO. They have my email, credit card info and phone No, they don't need any more than that. So now I won't use them. Why do these companies think they can violate privacy?

Cool parcel.com is infected; after I put in all my info for the package; weight, package measurements etc. the screen comes up with prices from all shippers; USPS< FEDX, UPS etc. but when I click on the shipping I want the ape goes to want to sign up to buy stamps and there is no escape button or anything to get back to cool parcel to pay and print my labels; this is hindering my shipping process for my print shop; is Cool Parcel out of business or has their site been infected with this Buy Stamps?? Help!

Incredibly great experience; a fraction of the price of other shippers!

you're better off just going to a company directly and shipping. coolparcel is just a link that gets a commission for redirecting a customer.

Sent multiple packages in the past, now it just redirects to stamps.com or other shipping services.

Service worked well and at a price well short of that of UPS. My package arrived in the Netherlands in 7 days

I sent 5 packages thru coolparcel internationally a month back. UPS came to pick it up. After almost two weeks I was told that one of the package was never shipped with other 4 packages. No idea where that 1 package is. Neither coolparcel or UPS seem to care. The other 4 packages are not yet delievered. I absolutely won’t recommend this service even though the prices are competitive. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Very fast and a quarter of the price from what fedex was trying to charge me. Recommend for all business shipping.

It has been months and I haven't been able to get a refund for a package that was never sent. They are robbers. They don't respond to my emails. Scammers.

Used them for the first time. Had a great experience. Amazing customer service. I had some queries regarding my order. Customer support team responded very quick & sorted everything straight away. The best thing is that my parcel delivered in just 2 days. Highly recommended!

The company is efficient and makes the process of sending items easy. Not to mention it finds the best price and method to send. Who could ask for more?

The upside is multiple carriers and delivery times offered at various prices. I selected "UPS Worldwide Express 1 Business Day" with great relief due to the urgency of my shipment from DC to Mumbai. Tracking just revealed the "real" estimated delivery IS 3 DAYS FROM NOW!! UPS just confirmed for me that "we have no 1 business day international service". Next stop: the FTC to file a report detailing the fraudulent service.

I was extremely fortunate to find Coolparcel.com during my search for the best price to send documents to an overseas destination. Coolparcel's search engine brought me the best price from the largest parcel carrier in the US. In fact, with the same carrier, after applying all the available discounts, their direct price to me was 30% higher than the price I got through Coolparcel. Most certainly, will be using Coolparcel for my future shipping.
