Quick and easy pick up. Didn't tell me that I needed to hire a broker and pay another 35.00

Price was good

This was my first time using Coolparcel. The website was pretty easy to navigate. Questions were handled through a bot and if you want to speak to a real person you must call between certain times. Not ideal really. The price was 1/3 of what UPS was going to charge me outside of Coolparel so i was very happy with that. The tracking is where this website shines. My package was going to the Philippines and I knew at all times where it was. My only downside is something that I am not sure Coolparcel can assist with. At two locations my package incurred customers taxes so that by the time my gift reached the recipient they had to pay the equivalent of $80. Was unexpected. Overall, I would recommend Coolparcel and I will probably use them again.

I first went to the post office, was shocked at the cost to ship the oversized package weighing 27 lbs from Illinois to California (well over $100). So, I checked out UPS and FedEx online. It wasn't easy (for me) to find a price for my non-standard sized package, but I eventually did. I then decided to check out Coolparcel. Their price was maybe a dollar or two LESS than the lowest price I found with the other three, and it was super easy to put in my package dimensions to get a quote. I will definitely use Coolparcel the next time I need to ship a large package because it was so easy to use, and the price was the best I found.

I received my somewhat large package in a timely manner, and while I did not open it yet I suspect that it’s in good condition. It was dropped off at my front door as planned and I can’t believe that you made the process so easy! You held true to your word, and pick my package up in Australia add a company address that IA provided and it is now on my front porch in the US in Carmel New York. I am very impressed and will certainly use your services again thank you.!

Cool parcel website was easy to navigate and purchase a discounted shipping label. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Delivery is good and on time but the Custom charged $76 custom tax, which is much more than the value of the package.

I found Coolparcel.com quite by accident on the web. I was looking for a carrier to mail a pkg back to a company that doesn't cover returns and I was very concerned about what it was going to cost. Coolparcel was by far the best price and the easiest site to navigate. Payments are easy to setup. Their website is clean and and easy to navigate. I recommend Coolparcel for all your mailing needs.

Never using this service again, not in any ways useful. Customer service is very poor, agent was not trained properly also hung up on me.
