Company was recommended to me and I wasn't let down.

Steve the sales man was brilliant, he explained everything to me.
I had a couple of quotes of other companies but Cool Shutters were the only ones that came with samples.
The best thing I have done getting the shutters fitted more so than blinds

From the initial consultation with David through to arranging a date for installation with Caleb, we were thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of Cool Shutters.
The fitter did a great job installing our shutters. He arrived at exactly the time he was due to arrive and cleaned up after he had finished.
We love our shutters and would definitely recommend Cool Shutters.

We ordered two sets of shutters from this Company, a couple of sets for our kitchen windows and one giant bespoke set of shutters for an end of gable full length picture window. Now that they are installed, we are over the moon. The shutters look amazing!! and work really well. Everyone in this business is really helpful and a pleasure to deal with and their pricing is reasonable. The only reason my review is not five stars is because of a delayed delivery which to be fair, was not of their making but part of what is generally happening to most of the international supply chains. Thank you David. You did a great job!

Their representative was very knowledgable and not pushy. Attended when they said they would and cleaned up after fitting. Very happy with the shutters and the service. Have recommended to friends and family

We had a great experience from start to finish. From the accurate measurements to the quick fitting. I can’t recommend enough, the staff were all lovely and professional. We will be using them again for our back windows.

Shutters look stunning, fitter was superb, and did a great job getting a clean finish given the window is squiff.

They make a huge difference to the room versus standard window blinds we've had in the past.

Just a thanks to Matt for the great fitting of our living room shutters! His attention to detail is great, can’t fault it! I’m a joiner by trade and didn’t have the time to do it myself. The room looks great. Only problem is we need to now do the bedroom above. We will be back. Cheers

I’ve ordered in aug heard nothing until dec when they said the held up was in China it’s now almost 6 months and no one answers emails

I ordered my shutters almost 12 months ago. I waited 5 months for them to be fitted and when they finally were, there were pieces missing leaving 3 of my 4 windows with the shutters incomplete. I was told it would be a further 16 weeks to get the new pieces… 6 months later and they are still incomplete despite them ripping my front bedroom window to shreds and simply leaving it! Despite numerous emails and phone calls there has been no communication whatsoever from this business. The customer service is shocking, they blatantly have no concern for their customers or their own reputation. I foolishly paid in full and wholly regret doing so, however we have reported this business to Trading Standards and have been advised to go through the small
claims court to progress with this.

The fact that they are still saying on their website that they can supply and fit in 5wks is completely false advertising! Again, a trading standards complaint.

The customer service of this company is an utter disgrace I'm sick of tel them with no chance of speaking to them I ordered my shutters o the 14july 22 and today the 4th jan23 Im Still waiting with the Co.pany not making any contact whatsoever VERY disappointed with this company
