I have recently had shutters fitted by Cool Shutters. The entire experience has been fantastic. Cool Shutters, whilst being the best priced and excellent quality, filled me with confidence from the initial phone conversation with David. He was able to provide a quote from looking at the house using internet maps and it was absolutely accurate. Very impressive indeed.
There was a 12 week wait for the order to be manufactured and shipped and then the installation took place. Caleb's communication over this period wss great and kept me informed of what was happening.
Matt installed the shutters in the course of a day and it could not have run smoother. He was polite and took so much care and consideration over all aspects of the fitting. Truly superb. The shutters have transformed the look of my room and I genuinely could not be happier with the process and the team of Cool Shutters. Thank you for a great experience, I won't hesitate to use them again in future.

This is the second order we have had from Cool Shutters and although both have been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we have always been kept fully up to date. The shutters are excellent quality and look exactly as we wanted. The fitter came on the arranged date and on time and did a beautiful job both times. Very pleased with my new shutters. There was a delay of around a month from timeline originally quoted but this was due to port issues. I was updated with the delays. Matt who installed them has done a great job and they are of excellent quality. Found all staff, Steve, David and Caleb very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good first consultation. Covid meant the delay in receiving order was lengthened. The final fit after receiving them was great and I'm very happy with purchase.

The best experience I could of asked for from a shutter company. Diligent and offered updates through out the process which even with COVID was seamless. So impressed with the quality as well. So much so, I have recommended to everyone on my new estate as kept getting questioned on where I got them. Price vs quality there’s no better place to go and if you don’t want second best come here!

Having to take them to court. Cannot get hold of David regarding refund since the day they were fitted very badly. He did send Ben out to have a look and Ben advised that all 7 shutters would have to be refitted... screws falling out of hinges, large screws visible running from shutter to newly fitted windows; all shutters fitted at an angle so doors don't shut properly; large bay window shutter too small; photo of sample shutter I took (with David holding it) is not the shutters supplied to me as although it us what ge sold to me . Caleb unable to give me any answers and also claimed David was never available to speak to. Matt, the fitter, called David on his way home the day he fitted the shutters to advise if the issues... this was back in August. They asked for the money up front before they would fit them and David will not answer my emails!!! So many more issues. If anyone wants photographic evidence let me know!!

Found this company easy to work with and deal with. Good communication at all times. The shutters are great quality and working well for us. If we choose to have more shutters in the house will be using cool shutters

We have ordered shutters from Cool shutters at the end of August during the pandemic, but they arrived in the timeline quoted, very good quality. Our fitter Mark did a great job, no mess, no damage all in place in a few hours, making our kitchen look great with a Mediterranean look and feel. From quotation time to final finish we felt valued as customers. Thank you all!

Overall, very good experience and very happy with the final product. Some delay in order arriving from manufacturer. Thankfully, no major rush in our side to get the product installed. Installer efficient, polite and did a good job. Good communication throughout.
