I ordered a shirt a couple of weeks before fathers day. The website said it would be here a couple days after fathers day. With covid ruining everything I understood. It took an entire month to receive my item. I had emailed the company twice and they were very quick to get back with me with very detailed information. They even gave me some of my money back for being so patient. We finally recieved our shirt yesterday and it was very good quality and the print is fantastic. I hope the delay was solely due to covid with their long delay for shipping. I personally would definitely order from them again. I will just order soon than I need it next time. Just in case

Don’t order from here unless you don’t care when you receive the item! I ordered a T-shirt for Father’s Day at the beginning of June and didn’t receive it until the end of July. The T-Shirt is also a cheap and stiff. I would not recommend.

Ordered a shirt May 13th 2020 for Fathers Day, today is July 21 and I STILL haven't received the item I ordered. Asked for a refund and was denied. The shirt took over 2 months to print and said it shipped a week ago but there is NO information available as UPS says they still haven't received the item to ship it.
Customer service was horrible. I was hoping that I could give this to my husband for his bday July 25th but I still haven't received it so guess if I ever do it can be a Christmas gift.
I ordered this 10 weeks ago... 10 weeks to process an order, print, and ship when they advertise 5-15 days.
I'm hoping I didnt waste my money and one day I will finally receive this item. (I ordered a custom thing from China the same day and it made it through customs and got to me within 15 days.) This.... this was such a disappointment.

Ordered a shirt for about $35 around June 15th, 2020 and I have never received any follow-up email about whether or not it has shipped yet or anything. Radio silence since my order was confirmed. Initially I had been told to wait 5-20 days for shipping, and since it's been about 30, I decided to check up on my order. I no longer have the initial order confirmation email they sent me (it was automatically deleted after 30 days), so I don't know the order number. The two things the order number lookup was asking me for, email address and full name, I gave them multiple times trying multiple different variations of my "full" name (including my actual full name) & email addresses (even though I know which email address I used) and their system still could not find my order. I attempted to email them saying that I couldn't find my order number, but when you list that as your issue, the website just tells you to go back to where you just were to look up your order number using your name & email address. Ultimately I think I payed about $35 for a shirt I'm never gonna get.

Took forever to ship. Quality is horrible. Shirt is rough, too small & fits weird. Garbage.

If I could give no stars I would! I accidentally ordered two of the same shirt but different colors and I tried from the day I placed the order for over a month to contact someone in the company and the email that was on my Pay pal receipt was a bad email so when I finally get ahold of someone. after getting ahold of someone I was told that I could not cancel the order. I order it for a Father's day gift and still have not received it. I asked for a total refund and was told they were unable to do so because it was in the printing process. The shirt was not a custom made item so I don't get why I cant have my money back.

Shirt was a decent size and I purposely ordered a 4X because those are your typical XL's these days with online shopping. However after just 1 wash parts of the design were ALREADY COMING OFF THE SHIRT. This was after following the instructions closely and no drying. I have bought many shirts over the years from similar companies and never had this issue. Sadly the company seems to purposely only give you 15 days to return your item. The designs are good, but the quality is beyond garbage. I will never order from this company again. This was a $35.00 waste of my money. If this site allowed you to post a picture, I would.

I ordered a shirt for my husband for Father’s Day On June 15, 2020. I knew it was going to come after Father’s Day seeing as I ordered it pretty close to that day and my email confirmation said to allow “5 to 15 business days” for the order to ship due to slower processing times because of COVID-19. After not receiving an email confirmation that it has shipped after the 15 day mark, I decided to see what the order status was. The status of my order was only on “preparing to print” (the first step). I emailed customer service and they responded with an automatic response email that read to wait 15 to 20 days for it to ship. After the 20 day mark I checked the status again and it had moved to “printing”. I sent another email asking why it was taking so long and I got the same response back that they sent the first time. After almost a month the status is still at “printing”. I’ve asked 3 times for a refund with no response. I just sent a 4th request for a refund, so we’ll see if I ever get it. Would not recommend buying from this shop.

Sizes run very small. Neither shirt I bought fits.

The quality of the shirts were excellent. The design was just as colorful as the website portrayed. I bought 2 matching tshirts for my daughter and I for a vacation to Florida and I cannot wait to wear them together. Very satisfied customer!

I don't know why people are complaining, it clearly says on their website due to COVID-19 there will be delays. I had to wait a little longer but I received my shirt and I love it. Very good quality print and I would definitely order again from them. People need to relax and have some dang patience!!!!

I love the fun in how different the shirts are. I ordered a shirt for Father’s Day and received it fairly fast as the pandemic I expected it to take longer. I will keep ordering from you guys as I love the different ideas that are offered. You couldn’t but these shirts anywhere else!

I ordered a shirt for Fathers Day on June 2nd, as of today July 10th still no shirt. I contacted via email requested a refund and I was told due to COVID they are delayed. Status still shows printing. Was originally told 5-15 days. This is ridiculous.

I purchased a shirt for my husband here. The shirt was perfect and good quality. My purchase was made during the Covid Pandemic so I knew I had to wait longer than normal for delivery. Another thing I liked about this company is that when I reached out to customer service about when to expect the delivery, they responded right away. I would buy from them again.

I ordered a gift for fathers day on 13 May 2020, the online advise was that it would take 5-15 working days to dispatch my order due to covid-19. This was fine as it was needed for fathers day in June. It has currently been 39 business days and my item still hasn't been shipped. Despite numerous emails telling me they will get it shipped as quickly as they can nobody can give me an idea of when this will be. Every email from their support team is the same and nobody answers my questions. They have refunded 50% of my order despite me telling them that a refund is not what I want, I want an update on my item. They assume that because they have refunded money the problem is solved. Terrible customer service when there is clearly a problem causing the delay with my order.

Ordered shirt about 2 months before my husband retired, but during this pandemic shutdown. Still hadn't received anything 3 weeks before. Worried, I emailed company and although they made no promises, it shipped the next day. There a people working there and listening. We're all trying to make it through. Thanks for listening. My husband wore the shirt on retirement day!
