I filled the application to become a bank member on oct. 2nd, and up to today, oct. 26th, still couldn´t use my account, because it took a lot of time to be opened, to get the card, and I haven´t even received my card´s pincode yet.When I opened an account with danske bank i had everything ready to use in 10 days. I am a little disappointed, because the idea was to use this account, not having it empty. I think you could and try to improve the times.

No English version for apps and web page!
Very long time to way for aproval of the card! A lot of confusion. They were tinking that I want to take a credit an live the contry, just how many EU citizens did...
No assitans for transfer the banking.
I enjoy the apps anyway, but thans to my logic and expirience with apss in general.
I like some of Coop Produtcs.
Without the norvegian brand I wound give them only one star, I gave them 2.

Absolutely rotten bank
Absolutely rotten bank. could not do anything right when they asked me to upgrade my account. Made a mess of Direct Debit transfers, bounced a direct debit - when there was funds in the account to more than cover it. Still waiting for my cheque book, why are they still in business. Could not recommend this Bank to anyone.

The bank that likes to put you on hold
I am once again shocked. I have looked at my credit file with Equifax and it has been affected by the Co-operative bank still having a credit card showing with a balance on it, despite being cleared over 8 months ago. Advisor was argumentative and kept sighing at me. However, did resolve my issue on this call.

Co op bank are hypocrites.
You should know that the cc op are motivated by the terrorist funded bds group that are trying unsuccessfully to boycott Israel which happens to be the only democracy in the Middle East and one very similar to our own.
It is offensive and shameful that a bank would do this to a free so city that is our allied and the world should know they are doing this treacherous act.
They can't even get their customer service and banking policies sorted out but they actively pursue demonising Israel.
