Great for sensitive skin
Coos Cosmetics carries a wide variety of Korean skincare intended for people with sensitive skin, like me. The Mary & May products that contain heartleaf soothe and calm my skin. Delivery was fast and the masks are very comfortable. I highly recommend Coos to find the vegan products best suited to your complexion.

Your order was cancelled due to the fact that there is no house number provided in the shipping details. We have contacted you via email to request a house number so we can ship your order accordingly but unfortunately after several attempts, we still didn’t receive a reply from you.
We have cancelled the order and refunded the amount in full which was the right thing to do. This 1 star is not well deserved as the mistake is not done by us.

Wonderful experience
I cannot recommend Coos Cosmetics enough. They have a wonderful customer service, that immediately took care of the problem I encountered with my order. Not only they refunded me in full, but they also sent me the product in question for free as an apology. Today I received the box and was dumbfounded as I discovered a dry flower and a handwritten card alongside the product in it. Thank you Coos, I will surely choose you again for my purchases in the future!

Our system has detected high fraud risk because the credit card you used, therefore we have cancelled your order. We have contacted IT support and they have advised us not to accept your order. The name that was used is Shahin while your name here is Julia and billing address does not match up. The phone number is from Denmark and delivery is to Germany drop off point.
We have a highly security system. Any orders that are high risk will be declined.
We have sent an email that it was cancelled and the refund will be reached to the cardholder in 3-5 days. If you like to discuss further, we can communicate via email and investigate further. We have all the support to win our case.
