I have recently began a tenancy under Coppenwall management. From start to present has been refreshingly surprising experience.
When I first enquired and explained my situation about being evicted due to the house being sold, they were understanding, helpful and nonjudgmental. From there I asked for a viewing asap if possible and luckily I was able to view the very next day. From there the application process was made easy by with the team’s help. It was explained overall final decision is down to the landlord discretion, which seems to be general thing throughout these days. I asked for my circumstances to be put forward to the landlord, which the team was happy to do. Once we were accepted and it came to signing paperwork l, I had a few question which we’re happily/politely answered almost immediately. Even though some of the questions were probably daft and self explanatory.
My surprise comes from how they do things, there is a high standard expected from landlords too. I was shocked to learn the keys will be given once the property had been cleaned throughout. I have never had that I usually have to spend a day or two scrubbing my heart out.
I would recommend them 100% from my experience with friendly approachable staff to how efficient they work between tenant and landlord relationship. It is very refreshing.

Mia was lovely and so helpful, the responses from Mia were so fast and professional, We had Anne attend the property to show us around, from start to finish Anne answered all our questions and was so lovely! We have had such a lovely experience so far with coppenwall estate agents! Highly recommend!

They then managed all our viewings, and achieved a sale on our house within 2 weeks of it being listed.
Its now all with the solicitors less than 6 weeks from when we first signed out contract.

Recently purchased a property which was listed with Coppenwall, must say it was very hassle free throughout the whole process, was very accommodating around booking viewings etc, kept me well informed through the whole process from first viewing up till completion, and Mia was very helpful any time I contacted them with any queries, would highly recommend and would most definitely purchase or maybe one day put a house on the market with Coppenwall in the future.
