A year ago I had to have my passport renewed, which obviously included having a new picture taken. It was when I received the picture back, I didn’t recognise the person staring back at me. A jawline with no definition that looked square and sunken to me. After years of having fillers around my jowls, which didn’t really work, I decided I wanted a much better result. (I also wanted something done before my 60th birthday this year). I had heard of Coppergate Clinic through friends, and knew of their services. It was then I called and booked an appointment. I had a consultation with Doctor Chris West in December, and had my VR Facelift a week ago. What can I say, from start, to (nearly) finish, my experience with Coppergate Clinic has been fabulous. Chris is an amazing Surgeon, (and has pretty good musical taste too!). He has given me back my jawline, and taken a few years off me. He has totally gone beyond my expectations. Thank You so much to Chris, and the wonderful team who have made the experience possible for me.

I recently had the pleasure of undergoing bioplasty surgery at Coppergate Clinic with Ciarstan, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From my very first inquiry, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. They provided thorough, easy-to-understand instructions at every stage of the process, which made me feel informed and confident about my decision.
On the day of the surgery, I was greeted by a welcoming team that truly put my mind at ease. Their warmth and professionalism shone through, making the experience much less daunting than I had anticipated. During the procedure, they engaged me in conversation, which was a fantastic distraction and helped me stay relaxed.

upper blepharoplasty with Dr Bhat
I had an upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Bhat at Coppergate Clinic nearly two weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They have exceeded my expectations! After thorough research, I chose Coppergate, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The stitching was exceptional, making stitch removal seamless with the guidance of a nurse remotely. My scars are fading beautifully each day, barely visible and perfectly positioned along my eye crease. I highly recommend Coppergate Clinic to anyone considering this procedure!

From my 1st consultation i have been overly impressed with Coppergate and the team, especially Surgeon Ciara Bowers. Everything has been fully explained and guided to suit my own needs and concerns. From the moment I walked into the clinic I felt very welcome! My practitioner Emma was so friendly and professional, I had the Hydrafacial Express and she walked me through every step and answered any questions I had. Surgeon was great
Surgeon was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough. The clinic however is poorly ran. I was an hour and a half in to my journey on the motor way when I receive a text to say my appointment was cancelled. I called immediately and angrily explained what was happening. They told me my appointment was still going ahead. I continued with the last hour of my journey to arrive and be met by the practice manager who took me into her office to tell me off for “upsetting Amy” on reception. Poor Amy!! Once I’d had my consultation the surgeon came out and asked Samuel on reception to print out my quote for coming in. Samuel proceeded to call clients to confirm appointments I left without my quotation because I didn’t want to wait any longer.

It is always disappointing to receive 1 star reviews Jenny however a simple technical error resulted in you receiving a text cancelling your appointment whilst you were en route to the clinic,this was corrected immediately.In the short interval between texts you called the reception team and subjected one of our staff to a disproportionate tirade of abuse which we do not allow as have a duty of care to staff as well as patients.Following your appointment Sam asked our clinical manger to prepare a quote and returned to his duties but you did not wait for your quote and left within minutes.
