The total copper wear experience was a disaster. We ordered one sleeve and expected a free one. In total we received four sleeves. We called the company and talked to a rep, explaining that we only wanted two, one plus the free one. She said she couldn't do anything about it. From that conversation it sounded as if we would get nothing back if we returned the total order. We felt the advertising was deceptive and the personnel we dealt with were rude and unhelpful. We do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Call it a pet peeve but I can't stand getting this email before I get my merchandise. 15$ shipping and it has been over a week.

My elbo felt great when I was working out at the gym. No pain at all

I ordered the product two weeks ago received an email stating the product has shipped and was given a tracking number
The tracking number was an invalid number and I received no product after a week and a half
I called customer support where they assured me I would have my product shipped out the next day and have it by today's date which is November 17 and also would be given an email with a new tracking number
I did not receive the email with the tracking number the following day and did not receive my product as promised on today's date
I called customer service back again today and they said that they would be shipping my product either tomorrow or the next day and that I would be getting an email with the tracking number once they ship it
I am not holding my breath but so far I am completely dissatisfied with the company but I can't effectively evaluate the product because I haven't received it as promised

Ordered but never received!! Never showed up as having been sent on "tracking". Try one of the other copper compression options!!

I bought the knee sleeve for my left knee.I injured it when I was quite a bit younger and now I'm in my late 60's and it gives me trouble every once in a while. I bought a elastic thing at the drug store for knees and it was very bulky and at times uncomfortable. The tommy copper sleeve is not bulky or uncomfortable. I really didn't think it would support my knee or do what I wanted it to do. To my surprise it
works better and is much more comfortable. Thanks Tommy Copper!!!!!

After seeing the advertising material, I was under the impression it was a lot thicker. Very similar to the compression stockings I got after my knee surgery. I will use in conjunction with socks to allow me to stand for longer periods of time & get some yard work done.

I love the knee brace prefect fit no problems what so ever but, the ankle brace is a little uncomfortable around the heel!

My knee sleeves are better than expected!

Wore the knee sleeves to a wedding (both knees, one of which I am having problems with the tendon behind) and danced up a storm. The sleeves stayed in place and I felt no discomfort the whole night or the next day. I think they did help.

How the hell do I get a survey before I've recieved my product. Note to that I'm getting this before I've recieved the confirmation that my order has been sent. I ordered 9 days ago, have gotten my card charged yet I do not have a shipping confirmation or my product.

Used my Copper Wear Knee Sleeve for the first time last night playing Pickleball. They definitely gave me more support and my knees held up better than they normally do. Only problem is I found myself having to constantly pull them up. Any quick movement and they were slipping down my leg. I may need to just have a size smaller but they feel like they are right size, (snug, but not to tight)? Not sure if this is a common issue or not?

I order this over 2 weeks ago and my order still hasn't been shipped. In this day in age that is ridiculous. For the amount of shipping that is charged I should have got them the next day. When you read the details it says can take up to 3 weeks. If you have pain and are looking for relief...make sure you have the time to wait.

I started wearing the elbow sleeve a day ago. And my joint pain has gone away. It really feels good.

Not worth it...get your refund back....does not work at all....

I purchased an imitation at a major drug store and was disappointed with the results. Since then I have purchased the original copperwear knee and ankle sleeve and absolutely love them. Stays in place better than the knock off.

I use the knee compression sleeve & It provides much needed support throughout the day. It works so well I've recently ordered the ankle sleeve. I highly recommend copperwear products.

I am 5"6" at 150 lbs...I got the XL knee pack. But, it took the longest time ever to get too me. And, you can save over $12.00 buying the exact same item on Ebay. the buy one get one deal is not such a good deal afterall. Be wise, go elsewhere, and you might get your product within 2 weeks or less!
