New to the world of sneakers/trainers ordered a pair of Jordans for my 11 yo. They arrived quickly but weren’t what I was expecting. I emailed to query a few things, got a friendly and comprehensive reply from Frankie within the day. In the end I returned the shoes and got a full refund, again very promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from you again though, the service and professionalism was spot on thank you.

If the shoes you want are in stock and not coming from a supplier your order will be sent out next day which is always good for trainers. Mine took a week but once shipped came next day at 8am. Being a big sneaker head myself some of the prices are meh.. But I trust them to know what they’re talking about so they’ll be able to justify their prices . Always legit check but glad I haven’t had to give these shoes a second thought Replied to my email in matter of hours too which was massively appreciated. Wide range of shoes and have new stock in every month which is sick. Definitely going to be someone I go to from now on. Website, customer service, delivery time all spot on.

Initially ordered a size 6 which were too small. Emailed then and arranged to Return these and exchange them for a 6.5. Trainers are perfect really happy with them and good customer service too.
