Just found out everything I've bought is fake and the website claimed it to be authentic and infact still claims they're authentic

I really didn’t know what to expect at first and was a bit skeptical about the authenticity of the garments. I ordered a trapstar tracksuit and it is AAA quality and authentic as promised. Really glad I put my faith in soak the source. Would highly recommend soak the source to anyone who is looking for great value for money. Bought a pair of trainers paid £230 never received sent 2 emails got no response and never received my money back I would advise people not to buy from them unless you want to get robbed

I made a order on the 10/08/23 and today is the 31/08/23 and I still haven’t received my order or get a update as to where my package is I am very disappointed in Cop the sauce.

until today I have not received an immeasurable 160 pounds so I believe you are fraudsters

Item has not been received shipping time has been over a month and no updates as to order status. Terrible customer service no one has responded to my emails

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM.

I was expecting an order by 3rd July, I have emailed to request an update and have received no response and have still not received the item. Poor customer service. I am currently still waiting for my order.

Placed an order on the 8th may,
Trainers never came and I’ve tried contacting them by email and instagram number of time and nothing.
This was a present for my daughter but im out of pocket by £340.

I never received the Goods, l sent numerous email to both customers support, instagram and RO contact us. No one bothered to reply to me. I would warn anyone using this site to be very careful

No updates for order it’s been already 14 days and I still didn’t receive my order and I can’t reach customer service

14/6 June ordered trainers 16th me again....well here we are still no trainers or reply from this company and dispute now via clearpay whom I ordered through.
No reply 4 times. Where the F are my trainers please take this company down!!!

don’t trust this company. ordered shoes and never received it.

I placed an order 22 days ago, I have not received any responses to my email. These pair of trainers were suppose to be an anniversary gift, now I can not afford to buy another pair of trainers as I am £240.00 out of pocket.
If you can not supply the trainers, a simple refund would be GREAT but NOTHING. There’s lots of customers who are also experiencing the same issue as me.
