No footwear received and no response to any of my emails 😔

I haven't received any further updates or information about my order which was placed on the 28th of March I've sent several emails with not 1 response

Order on 23rd March 2023, email confirmation say expected delivery date is 28th March to 6th April. No order has arrived date has passed numerous emails has been sent and contacted also on social media.

I ordered shoes over 18 days ago and still not even been shipped. None of my emails are getting replied too. Awful company. Worried that I won’t even receive my shoes after paying for them.

No trainers have ever arrived. No response from emailing or filing in customer service form. Absolutely robbed, quite literally! Avoid

Paid over £200 for the item TWO WEEKS AGO, still haven’t received my order… BECAUSE IT STILL HASNT EVEN BEEN SENT!!!! My money has just been taken & kept & nothing has been done with my order. It said the latest date it would be with me is the 13th March but it still hasn’t even been shipped & it’s the 13th tomorrow. I have contacted customer service twice & have been ignored both times so I am left with no other option than to take legal action. To take so much of someone’s money, keep it but not even send the order is DISGUSTING. To then ignore the customer TWICE is even more disgusting. I expect a response, refund & compensation for the inconvenience IMMEDIATELY.

ordered from here twice now and the only issue i’ve had is the delivery, orders can take up to 2 weeks, but that can’t be helped. other than that, both pairs of shoes that i ordered came in perfect condition, fit perfectly and i love both pairs so much.

Place an order on the 25th January.had one email saying it’s been delay.I’ve sent many emails which no email sent messages on instragram.no reply.I’m trying to get my money back .won’t be using copethessuce again absolutely shocking

Had this place recommend by a friend and placed an order been over 10days since purchase and have also emailed to inquire about this and no reply. Also send quite a few messages on Instagram too and still not response

All these 1 star reviews are absolutely horrible, they made me skeptical but I took the chance and had no problems with my order.

I have been a loyal customer for a number of years, having spent thousands of pounds on trainers - each pair in excess of £400

I waited a prolonged period of time for one pair of Jordans in January and the 2nd pair I ordered 2 weeks ago - have now been delayed - which are a gift for my daughter.

I have repeatedly tried to call, email, message on Insta and FB messenger and fill out contact forms on their website, and no one has had the decency to respond.

Hopefully I will receive this order at some point BUT THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY DUE TO ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Asking for a review and I haven’t even recurved what I’ve ordered is poor.
