Ordered weeks ago. No update until 3 weeks in and they email me to say they are having delays. Not good enough, I am going to request a refund.

They sourced some sought after AF1 Shadows that I’d had the misfortune to previously been sold some Fakes. I was anxious buying again but was pleasantly surprised and delighted to receive the genuine product within the time frame they offered. Would def recommend.

Ordered a pair of Jordan trainers for my daughter for her birthday got an email saying they have recived order but no other communication from them I have sent an email asking where the trainers are but had no response can't track my order as it won't let £180 is alot of money to be kept in the dark said delivery would be by 16th of January but still not had a message to say they have been sent out would love to know how I can speak to a human and not just email won't be using again poor communication

So, you’ve sent me the completely wrong product. I’ve emailed twice and tried to contact via Instagram and no response. Can you please sort?

Now four days later and further emails sent. Still no response. Is this a scam?

Day 8 and no response. Emails, Insta, nothing

Genuine company and cannot fault the service or delivery - my daughters Yeezy's (which were cheaper than other similar companies / competitors) arrived on time and hassle free, so all in all delighted and worthy of 5 stars in my opinion

I was a little dubious about using an online company I didn't know, but all has worked out well. I would have liked a few more updates early on but when I chased up I got a really quick and reassuring response. Trainers have since arrived and are great.

I appreciate the company has had a break in but at the very least they could get back to customers and inform them accordingly about the orders they have made specifically for Christmas. 3 times now I have emailed and still no response.

Placed an order on 25/11.
I’m still currently waiting on this order, I’m getting more concerned the closer it is getting to Christmas that it is not going to arrive in time.
I understand there’s been a break in at their premises? But at least respond to customers.
I have emailed 3 days ago to no reply… I have also contacted via instagram message which I’ve seen others do when they’ve had no response (I’ve had no reply from that either!)
I just want to know what is happening with my order !

The most amazing customer service I have ever received, Frankie has given me 5star customer service from the beginning, keeping me in the know and keeping me reassured as it was my 1st order from a company I hadn’t heard of before… but honestly this company needs to be known!!! My trainers arrived today and I’m over the moon with them, my boy is gonna be made up on Xmas day!!!! Received trainers today. Quite clear fakes, stitching is off all over the place, nike tick is cut out wonky on one shoe. Not sure how someone would look at these and authenticate them! I’m so upset at paying £180 for them to send me fake trainers. No way of contacting them now because the site is currently shut down!

Fantastic customer service, kept me up to date and answered any questions promptly. Used Dpd for delivery which is a bonus as they are the only courier service I trust not to lose my parcels!! Arrived a day before they should and were brilliant. My daughter has wanted to these trainers so much but couldn’t find them anywhere and got them cheaper in here than other sites. Would recommend

Ordered AIR JORDAN 1 MID "TAXI" REVERSE YELLOW TOE. Really, really pleased, came in pristine condition (including box). This is a great company to use to buy trainers you really want but thought you’d missed out on and will never find. Also better priced than other websites.

Honestly i was chocked by how fast my order arrived in comparison to other websites also when dealing with cop the sauce you guarantee you actually get what you ordered and that your product is authentic. Overall 10/10 experience
