Purchased two fragrances for my husband which arrived promptly. Disappointed that one of the atomisers did not work. I contacted Copycat via website and had a reply within 24hrs and replacement sent. Excellent customer services and purchases of 13 and Grey are great copycat smells and last. Occasionally things go wrong but you can’t fault service like I had. Thank you

I bought their Angel Nova, tried it yesterday.It was a lovely scent however despite doing all the tricks to hold perfume scent, the scent faded like a memory after a wee 3 hours.. i sprayed some more on my perfume points, giving it a fighting chance, and i woke up this morning with smell all gone. Got a bit sad on that one. I got the bottle on sale probably why idk

Was really looking forward to receiving my order, but unfortunately when it arrived I had to tell the postman to send it back to the sender as when he went to hand it over the box was wet you could smell the perfume and hear that the glass was smashed! Really poor packaging. I have emailed the company and hope to hear from them soon an how this can be resolved!

I purchased Baccarat Rouge last year on recommendation & was so pleased with it. The fragrance lasted all day & I received so many compliments on the scent. This purchase was a replacement and the scent is no way near as good, it smells nothing like the one I bought last year, not as strong & the scent doesn’t last. Most disappointing, I won’t be buying again!

I'm utterly disappointed with the fragrances I received this time. I've been purchasing fragrances from Copycat for several years and until last year the fragrances were great. The Executive smells nothing like the previous one I purchased (still have half a bottle of it). The Marseille is even more disappointing. Honestly, I'd rather pay £30 more and get a quality perfume. If I didn't travel aboad, I'd have returned all of the perfumes. The worst part is that 3 out of 4 perfumes were for a gift... I'm very disappointed with the sents and the quality. I'll not be purchasing or recommending again!

Executive overwhelming citrus that is gone in 5 mins. Returns policy impossible to comply with because it must be returned unused. You have to use it to see if its any good...However after an email to them yesterday I have recieved a full refund so that is a positive. And will adjust to 3 stars from 1 for that alone.

So pleased with my perfume smells just like the real thing will recommend to family and friends

Received my order of the fragrance Another 13 and smells nothing like the original and dissappears minutes after putting it on. Really disappointed. 😔

I use unique email addresses for every company. I have just started to receive spam email for other companies selling scents on the address provided to Copycat. This means either they are selling their customer data, or they have been hacked. Literally the only people in the world with that address is copycat.

Do not purchase these products!!! Firstly the delivery time is awful and the actual products I bought are garbage. Oud wood & Executive are just awful.

Avoid. Do not respond to the emails. Useless company

As so many state, been a loyal customer for many years. And slowly over these years things have started to go wrong. Firstly packaging, it's gone from a a nice padded envelope and gift bag to some brown rolled up paper. Secondly the quality, what was once first class is no longer. Fragrance (executive) lasts no longer than an hour, this is compared to a good day, many moons ago. And finally the price. It's obvious cut backs have been made (and I understand this as it's a business) but your core usp has gone. I would have rather paid £50+ which I used too for a 100ml bottle and it be great quality than £20 nowadays and it's utter rubbish. Review will likely fall on deaf ears but at least I have had my say.. would love this feedback to be taken on board....

Good selection, and fantastic price. The amount of times I have been stopped by strangers asking what perfume I'm wearing is unbelievable, I could be very rich lol. Seriously. Lovely fragrances that clearly last all day

Don't respond to their emails. Sent multiple emails about a faulty bottle cap on Baccarat rouge preventing usage of the fragrance but have been ignored. I can see other reviews with people with the same faulty bottle cap issue who are also being ignored. Now receiving emails asking for me to give them a review. Sure, here you go. Shame.

Great fragrances at knockdown prices. I only buy when offers are on which happens quite often

The worst dupe company I've tried. Reminds me of the old dupe stalls at Skegness Market as a kid! I order 3 different fragrances and they all smell the same...they smell awful. Noted Aroma has been the best so far. Please don't waste your money and don't listen to the 5 star reviews from affiliates of this company.

The spray mechanism broke within a few uses and I couldn’t open the bottle to decant into something else, so it is unusable

Ordered Oud Wood. Although it smells good the smell wears off after a couple of hours
