Copycat Fragrances Reviews 

Recently ordered the copy of soleil blanc. I had previously purchased the same copy in 2020 and although more expensive at the time, was an amazing perfume. Sadly the reformulations smell completely different and just aren’t as good. I had the same experience with the TV copy. It’s such a shame as the previous ones were so good!

Ordered for partner inspired by Baccarat rouge. Poor quality bottle/spray as it was first very difficult to spray the fragrance and now it doesn’t spray and leaks so can’t use it. Emailed on 24th April (order 394885) - completely ignored me so far, probably hoping I will go away.
Will not be ordering from here again due to lack of customer service, will happily order from other websites that do actually care!

got 3 bottles from them and the quality is very poor. They only last for 30 mins to 1-hour max. I think I will stick to the premium fragrance as their dupes smell much better and last pretty much the whole day! I only tried copycat as they had promotion and I think I just wasted my money. I won't be coming back any more - the premium fragrance is the way to go!

I love the fragrance. I was looking for an oud wood aftershave and took a chance on your product. This is now my second bottle and I get positive compliments when I wear it.

Delivery was late, which is unusual so after messaging I got my delivery following day! The aftershaves are superb still, I get comments from people at work asking what I’m wearing and that is still at end of the day! Give them a try

Inspired by aventus - I have previously purchased from this company and the fragrance was good and lasted 10hrs +
Current batch of inspired by aventus very poor , projection good for 10mins after 1hr you can hardly smell it …obviously formulation has changed, wont be purchasing again.

3 of 5 bottles smashed in transit, which can be expected from time to time however got no reply from any of the customer service emails. I've used them a few times and they smell pretty good though.

Edit: They have just got back to me and are sending replacements for the damaged items.

So nice to deal with a company whose approach to customer service puts the individual first and takes their experience into account when responding. I need to commend Rose for her time and efforts in acknowedgling and handling my recent contact with the business.

I've bought a couple of times previously and have been very pleased with the fragrances - I'm fully aware that these are dupes and therefore may not be exact in their smell, but like to have the variety in my wardrobe to try different scents akin to famous brands. The service has always been quick to deliver and overall very happy.

I bought 3 bottles recently as spring deal, in 3 different fragrances to expand my collection and noticed then the package arrived that it was a different shape, a result of new bottles. Upon opening, it was clear there had been some damage to the bottles, as there was a strong smell in the carton and I could see a crack in one of the bottles. There was not a significant leak however, so I wasn't worried. The second bottle had some large chunks of glass missing from it however and shards of glass were in the packet. Both bottles may have small leaks but easily managed with some sticky tape.

I fed back to the customer service team, along with some photos and offered my thoughts on how this could be avoided in the future. The response from Rose at Copycat was very understanding and appreciative of the honest feedback, with a genuine desire to respond to acknowledge my contact and deal with it appropriately, which is hugely refreshing in the modern day.

In conclusion, my experience with Noted. AROMAS and the Riyadh perfume was exceptional. For anyone looking to elevate their fragrance collection or embark on a sensory journey, Noted. I started to order from this company at the end of 2023 and several times since because the company and perfumes have been excellent. My favourites are Grey (for men but who cares it’s gorgeous) and Marseille. I haven’t purchased their originals but it really doesn’t matter if the copycat version can stand alone. I love perfume and usually buy Jo Malone, Commes des Garçons, and various ones by Commodity.
Copycat is a great company who make amazing email offers and deal quickly with orders if they don’t arrive. The brilliant Rose dealt with my order that was stuck in transit.
Their alternative use is as a room spray which they do with style and longevity.
The only thing I think that could be improved is the labelling. In my opinion it downgrades their product, making it appear cheaper than the content belies.
Certainly no stars dropped for this though.

Better than any other perfume clone you may have NOTED. Perhaps better than any essences you have in your VAULT. Brilliant Tom Ford and Santal clones. Ignore reviews that claim fragrance doesn’t last, project or any other terminology you don’t really understand; These are great alternatives to high end fragrances which the average consumer will not be able to differentiate. Loyal, happy customer!

Fast delivery, was kept up to date when it would arrive. I ordered oud wood from copycat fragrance and once it settles it gives a nice smokey, woody spice which lasts up to 5 to 8 hours.

I purchased 2 perfumes jdore and alien from copycat perfume and what a complete disappointment and waste of money they were absolutely nothing like the originals the smell was terrible so I ended up giving them to charity please don’t bother wasting your money

Amazing customer service. Had a little issue with a bottle and they sent me out a new one to replace straight away!

What can I say, it's a pleasure to deal with copycat, a company that values their customers. First order went missing in Royal Mail, second one got damaged in transit. Copycats customer service in dealing with the issue was above and beyond and luckily the third one arrived intact. A massive thank you to everyone at Copycat they deserve 8 stars. Keep up the fantastic work you have done.

Never got my items even though Royal Mail say it’s delivered! Not sure if my products even got sent or not?

I would not order from here again! Rather use essence vault or the scent reserve or noted aromas for dupe fragrances, at least you will get them and better customer service
