Very bad experience in every step.

Flight was cancelled. The process to rescheduling our flight was miserable due to bad online services and not-accessible customer service. The online check-in confirmation mail was never delivered to my mail. I would never again prefer this airline.

What you MUST know about Corendon

Hi all

We had a flight from Antalya to Brussels on 1st november with our 4 kids.

When we were at Corendon desk, checkin was very slow and we were late : one hour before departure date, a lot of passengers were always waiting.
BUT THE BIG ISSUE WAS that we HAD to pay 10€ per passenger because we do not make chekin online!! But on the e-mail we received we dont see tht we MUST make checkin online !!

And the other issue was about our 2 suitcases we just bought : handle and bottom were broken !!

Note there is narrow seats on airplane

Pay attention to this, hope this can help
