Clara from Corlo is a crook, liar and a thief. The pop up drain she sells, doesn't fit and she knows it. When you successfully jump through all her hoops to return, she charges you a restocking fee and insists you ship it back. Between the 2 fees, you will break even, making it more practical to throw it away. She is a trained thief and needs to be prosecuted or a class action lawsuit against her. Definitely a scam from a very dishonest person. Stay away from this company

This Company is a TOTAL scam. Clara, the supposed co-founder, is dishonest and deceitful. I ordered drain plugs and over 2 months later all I get from her is “your order is being shipped and I cannot cancel your order or offer a refund”. STAY AWAY from doing business with this company!!! Product defective, 1 out of 3 do not work. Stall tactics, asked for pics/vids, when it was an easy and obvious issue.

I wish I had researched this company before losing my money to them. Like others have said, they sell over priced drain plugs which don't fit most older US plumbing. They then make it virtually impossible to to get a refund. First they try to dissuade you from even trying to return the plugs, but if you do send them back, it is literally on a "slow boat to China"! Unless you like frustration and wasting money, don't deal with these people.

They sell pop ups for bathroom drains that do not fit US plumbing and then tell the customer they posted the measurements. All US drains have the same sizes and posting sizes in metrics that cannot be measured in a person’s own home is duplicitous. I will never buy from this company again.
