We are loosing dozens of valuable sales and commercial and despite the numerous visits of your incompetent operators saying incessantly "I don't know...." nothing is progressing ?...
We expressed due diligence by keeping it tidy, clean but something is wrong with numerous error faults ( below one 1 minute after all waste was, emptied ).
I have called you several times and you resist doing something with all kind of bogus explanation ( for instance you visited us 7 times, but logged it only twice on your system ) while the system does not update on Wi-Fi as the software version is still 1.1.6 as it was when bought.
Please collect it Tuesday am for a full service asap and a software update.
If the machine does not do its job after this full service, please either refund or replace as it is in full warranty until June.
