Wonderful food, good correspondence, service on the night was great. Left everything clean and tidy.

The tiramisus are delicious, and the tortelloni with burrata and black truffle were divine. I will definitely order again!

We had a private chef experience for my mother-in-laws birthday. Ugo made the evening fabulous with amazing food and great stories and knowledge. He should of been one of the guests rather than the chef. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!
We had three courses of which there was such a variety of flavours and such great value, we couldn't eat it all. We will have lunches for the next couple if days!!!

Ugo and Laura catered for our Christmas party. The food and service was fantastic. Incredibly professional and the food was a huge hit all round. Massive thanks to them and highly recommend.

Simply the best! The Cornish Italian provides the best and most flavorful food to go from the Trattoria On Wheels. Ugo provides the best and friendliest service you can get. The menu is priced very well and regularly changes. And to top it all of he has a great choice of his famous TiramisUGO to take away. I hope you continue to succeed with the van.

Wow! We have been meaning to try this for such a long time. 10/10 amazing quality food and the most beautiful family business. You know they have so much love in what they do. We even tried their famous tiramisu and honestly if you haven't please do, it is outstanding and not too sickly. Thankyou for such a delicious, clean, fresh, delicate very tasty meal. I have no idea what I ordered, they surprised me and it was so devine! Top restaurant quality food right here. Thankyou so much. We most certainly appreciated every mouthful!

Ugo and Daniella cook the most amazing Italian food. We have been enjoying it since 2020 and have never had reason to complain about anything. Have just purchased our Christmas order for delivery in December. So give it a try!

Absolutely delicious, I was taking bites of the pasta dish between heating it up because it was so good I couldn't stop eating it. Then came some of the best tiramisu I've ever eaten! 10/10 100% would eat from here again and again and again!!

We ordered
1x Tagliatelle GLUTEN FREE alla crema di Broccoli
1x Ravioli Ricotta & Spinaci al Pesto

I reheated both pasta dishes in a two separate saucepans with small amount of olive oil.
Sadly the GF tagliatelle broke up and became rather a mush, but my wife liked the taste. Only reheated half, the other half I reheated the following day in the tray in a microwave to prevent the pasta breaking up. Most GF products tend to fall apart if agitated. This was an improvement.

I reheated the Ravioli in olive oil and this worked well. For me there was too much pesto. I understand uk tends to like lots of sauce, but having lived in Italy in Emilia-Romagna, this is not the Italian way and I prefer less sauce, the ravioli was good.
I would be very interested to experience the pasta and sauces just after they have been cooked, need the chef experience quando tutta la famiglia è qui in Cornwall.
Both Pasta 4/5 and tiramisu was very good, both standard and GF 5/5.

I froze the Tortelloni Wildboar Bologense (cinghiali)
And will try later in the week, (microwave) this is a real signature dish in Emilia-Romagna in many trattoria.

Will try other dishes.

UGO’s food is simply fabulous!
I mean the 4 cheese sauce is just delicious & my husband loved the mushroom ravioli!

If you haven’t tried UGO’s meals it’s a must! The Authentic Tiramisu is just delightful!

Absolutely Exquisite meal had from Ugo! Had a few different pastas from his home delivery menu made our Saturday night! The lobster large Ravioli was fab, the gorgonzoli Ravioli and 4 cheese pasta all delicious and fully recommend!

Fantastic food and the tiramisu as fabulous as ever!
